I'm so glad to see Brent becoming completely human. I'm glad for his achievement who he worked out hard all his life.

1:58 As we seen on ST: Nemesis and Picard, he became more than most humans. Data lives in our hearts!

It wasn't by accident that the character with no emotion was often the most human of the entire cast...

Though very rare, there were one or two times that a grammatical contraction was used by Data ~prior~ to the Riker episode where Will noticed Data using one during the Romulan simulation reveal (as well as Geordi being unusually slow on “repairs”, Data being incapable of his near instantaneous calculations and Worf not remembering which battle he obtained a specific scar from)

The Data story in Star Trek is the best rendition of the "Pinocchio" mythos ever created. Gene Roddenberry had a vision of the character, doing something opposite of Spock, and it totally paid off. And Brent Spiner sold it--how this man never won an Emmy for his role in an embarrassment to that award itself.

Missed seeing you at the Calgary (Canada) Comic Expo this past weekend Sept. 10-12. Hope you will come back in the future. I recently watched you in Night Court. You played a hick really well.

Really, the similarities are striking. He would be extremely easy to spot in a crowd, despite his graying hair, wrinkles & crows feet. I reckon if he grew a long beard & moustache & wore mirrored sunnies 😎 he might get away with not being recognised by avid Star Trek ✨ nerds 🤓 ❗ I sincerely doubt it, though ❕ Sorry, Brent, you will forever be easily recognised in a crowd 👀👍❗
