They should put a sign up saying not to touch the horses. It gets some of the horses quiet distressed and people just ignore that. Its not a petting zoo so they should stop
OMG.. what a karen. she could clearly see that the horses didn't want to be touched by her and she didn't care..i can't stand it when tourists monopolize the horses and treat them like their own personal pets!! the guards should have yelled at her to go away!!

This one doesn’t seem to be as unstable as the other. Just not sure why she thinks it’s ok to monopolize and crowd the horse, and continues to do so even *after* being bitten! And goodness-if you’re going to pet it, touch the shoulder or neck but don’t like…pretty much stick your fingers in the poor horse’s nose, mouth and eyes! 😢. I try to be understanding but this lady bothered me even more than the other one who has obvious special needs of some sort.
She needs to learn to keep her hands to herself,
Karen number2 has arrived. I would have to tell her to please move & consider other tourists who want to take photos (without her being in them) so inconsiderate of her.
I wonder, is it just me, think about kissing a strange horse whose body has been fumbled by hands that have been in some unmentionable body parts. Let's face it, some people's hygiene isn't always up to the mark. Yuck. Just saying kissing these horses after they've been mauled not good. The staff and troopers and gunners spend ages on cleaning the horses, their tack and the gunners and troopers then also have to take care of their uniforms. I think they should stop touching the horses. MoD police could help here by standing closer to a guard. In the days of no social media, it would be interesting to know how much attention was paid to this facility by tourists.

I agree with you! I thought of that so many times when people plan a big kiss on the horses muzzle how disgusting that is because over 100’s of people are touching it.
I’m hoping someday they make it illegal to touch the horses. They can look and take a picture they don’t need to invade the horses body space.
Personally, I would never invade the space of a stranger horse. When I did kiss my horse I never did it if I had a cold or flu. I’m more concerned about the babies and little children who get pushed or held as close as they can. A horse can easily break an arm or leg by biting too hard. They play and communicate to each other that way. And the fault is not the inquisitive or peeved horse’s. It’s the ignorant person who kept forcing the child. It’s gotten to be a game now. Who can get closest to the horse without being bitten. Or actually harassing the horse to bite.
They should just add to the sign.. don't touch the horse
@@debbierowley8833it would be like having a ton of people touching your child’s face & then you kiss your child’s face. It just freaking gross. I also don’t use handrails of any kind. I always use hand sanitizer after touching physical money (which is a huge germ/bacteria/virus carrier- you really don’t know where someone carried their cash 🤢🤮. Plus, the reason a lot of these horses bite is because NO ANIMAL (including human animal) like to touched over & over, especially in the face by strangers.

I would make it a law to NOT touch the horses. Mainly because you get crazy people like this that think the horses are there just for them. Forget the kids, so many adults have no idea on how to behave in public.

She lives in her own little bubble and thinks the horse is there for her, as she selfishly makes it impossible for anyone else to have a photo with the horse! ~~~~~ 37:09 - Ugh!! There has to be a limit to the guard being stoic. When someone is abusing their time with the horse, not allowing other people to get their pictures taken, the guard should say something to them. Move along!!

I look in the mirror and say to myself, “ Yes! This is the look that I am going for”. LOL
They need to stop letting people touch the horses and they need a larger perimeter that the public can't enter what is essentially the horse's personal space because the crowds of rude people who don't know how to behave is out of control and harming the horses and the guards who can be injured when the horses finally lose it to overestimation and stress.

Why do they all feel compelled to touch the poor horses within minutes of standing there the horses start bopping their heads up and down which is obviously a sign of stress
