Tho most wouldn’t know bc they never even aired his debut or his first 2 seasons. Never seen a #1 draft pick + eventual Rookie of the Year get zero attention from nba+espn. Hell they still barely mention him.
@@_birdie Yeah it’s a massive shame. He’s one of the top young stars in the league and plays for one of the top young teams in the league. Injuries have hurt them this year but that magic roster has such a bright future, the NBA is gonna have no choice but to acknowledge them. He’s got a very bright future and hopefully the magic only get better

he gotta become a better defender
He'll get better as time goes on. Once he's not carrying such a big load on offense it will give him more energy on defense. They had one of the best defenses throughout the regular season so I think he'll figure it out sooner than later
definitely lacks i think its more of a confidence thing he just dont play hard defense
Not wrong but he's already a fine defender. Not great in space but he's actually a statistically great interior defender when he's got a guy 1-1 in the paint
nobody tryna hunt him on switch, and for me thats enough, hes not a liability
