Absolutely agree u see some women's body's on here like two days after pregnancy an there all fine again but this woman shows it all and I love that because I know my own body will not return back to fully normal again. Love this channel so much and love seeing we arrow she's a we cutie
I am so glad I found your channel at the beginning of my pregnancy. I ADORE how raw and real you are about pregnancy/post-partum. As a first time mom who has never really been around small children, your videos have been SUPER helpful and normalizes all the changes I didn't expect to happen! When I get a notification you have posted I instantly go check out the video. Love your videos so much!! xx
im 33 weeks pregnant right now and have struggled with an eating disorder my whole life....you have made me not be so terrified for my body after my little baby comes out !! thank you ♡♡♡
Wanted to congratulate you on your pregnancy! also want to encourage you to seek help postpartum, if at all possible. eating disorders and the hormones that run rampant after having a baby aren’t anything to play with! lots of love ❤️
33 weeks pregnant here! Same. I've always been a bit body dismorphic / super thin without realizing how thin. Im stoked to be carrying our first son, and be at a healthy weight. There's definitely a small voice in the verrrrry back of my head nagging about how much I weigh, how my thighs touch now,... things like that. Stay vigilant with your mind! Congratulations on your pregnancy!!
I'm almost 3 months post partum and videos like this really help me with my confidence. It's rare to have a TH-camr be so upfront and honest about what really goes on post partum. It almost makes me feel more human. 💗
You are just the opposite of the majority of the women and you don't sugar coat reality and I am really grateful for this! I am almost 5 months pregnant and boy, I was so sick the first 4 months, in bed most of the time, while before I was very active! It hit me hard because most people talk about pregnancy like this magical beautiful moment where you glow and you look like JLo, but no, I was sick and looked sick, had so many unexpected pains, I just wish I knew that is not always rainbows and butterflies! Pretty much the same with post partum, where they jump right back in shape in 2 weeks.... Don't want to sound negative, I am really grateful and beyond happy to be pregnant!
i’m 2 months along and i don’t have any pregnant friends to help out with anything and it’s like you’re a friend to me! thank you so much brittany for posting all your advice and being real and raw it has helped me a bunch and it’s so relatable. i hope you’re doing well ❤️
I’m so glad I found your videos. I’m 10 weeks with my first and the way that you embrace motherhood and your changed body with so much positivity and grace for yourself makes me strive to have a similar outlook. We grew/are growing humans! And that is a beautiful thing.
god I love you. I complain way too much about my body but at the end of the day, it does incredible things! your positivity is unmatched and I love that you accept and move on with the negatives that you can't change overnight.
We are having our first baby in March and I stumbled across your channel looking for newborn must haves I think... but I’m sooo happy I did! I love watching your videos!! And how honest and real you are. You look great by the way! As much as I’m slightly dreading the new “mom bod” I’m destined to have.. Our baby girl is worth it. And the thing is.. as long as you are confident in yourself regardless of how your body changes afterward, the person you are with will love you no matter what. My boyfriend has been nothing but absolutely loving through all of it. I joke around a lot about how my body has changed and how big my belly has gotten and say you better love me still no matter how I look after and he just reassures me that he loves me no matter what and that our body’s are going through a lot of changes and it’s just part of being pregnant and there’s nothing to worry about. Thanks again for getting on here and showing us and just being 100% real and honest. 🤗🤗❤️
LOVE how real and honest you are!! You are a big inspiration to women out there& you are helping other moms that feel insecure or comparing themselves to those "perfect" body Instagram moms!!
I so appreciate your openness and honesty! I've given birth 5 times and though I've always had a ton of stretch marks, I'd never dealt with the loose skin afterwards....until now. My last baby, like yours, was BIG! He was 11lbs 1oz and birth and my belly was ridiculously large! Now, at 2.5 months post partum I have a ton of loose skin around my entire naval area. It's definitely a blow to my self confidence but I'm so luck to have a partner who loves me and appreciates my body no matter what 💕 thank you for sharing the realities of pregnancy and post partum
Love this! I am 6 weeks postpartum today. My rainbow baby was delivered via c-section as Dr said I am unable to deliver normal . So many of the things you mentioned hit home . The sore joints , it feels like bone on bone . Separated muscles , got diagnosed with it right after birth . The umbilical hernia ( had it from before pregnancy- if you plan on another baby get it fixed . I had to tape it down because it hurt so much . It does suck to look at yourself in the mirror and basically not recognise the body you see . And to feel a bit sad ashamed . Yes , that body gave life , but you can Mis your old body .
Brittany you genuinely look overflowing with happiness, its great to see! I've been watching since the daily riot days and it feels like I grew up with a friend watching your videos so as a friend im so happy to see you happy happy holidays to you and your family 😇😊💫
You are just amazing. Watching you I feel like im talking to a friend. To me, that is what being a woman is all about. Real and honest conversation. Keep up the good work!
Every point you mentioned is something I've experienced postpartum, and it's nice to know I'm not alone. I had a ventral hernia throughout pregnancy that was extremely painful. I have yet to get it repaired (I need to find the time). My bellybutton piercings have had that weird discharge. I found that pushing a belly button ring through the holes helps get everything out. I was really starting to wonder about this foot pain, so thank you for mentioning it! I've been limping around the apt lol. I've really been struggling with my body image and it helps to hear your positive attitude and how real you are about everything. Thanks for these videos!! 💜
So raw and real 💕 loved this so much. 38 weeks pregnant and this helps to know some things to expect that nobody talks about. The things we go through to bring life into this world. Women are warriors!!
I seriously feel like we’re mom friends 🤎 I am so glad I found your channel during my pregnancy!! I have a 2 month old baby and it’s been so cool and fun to follow along your pregnancy and now postpartum journey!! Watching you is so refreshing. Thank you for keeping it so real and honest and being so vulnerable in the public eye. Sending you much love and positivity mama ✨✨ XOXO
I must say You have learned to love and accept the changes that i have been crying over since baby #1 (age 18 now) I just had baby 4 and shes 8 weeks and im feeling pretty low. You are so positive i just love you
I am 20 weeks pregnant today and your videos just give me so much peace on things of what to expect! Really really appreciate the realness from you for this momma to be ❤️
Yesss to all of this. Thank you for sharing the truth of postpartum. This is the REALITY of postpartum and it’s so important that other women see this, so they know it’s all normal. ❤️❤️❤️
This is so wonderful... I just love the honesty and love you have for your body. This makes me love myself so much. I’ve never had a baby but this is just so encouraging.
I'm 9 months postpartum and our bodies look v similar. It's made me feel loads better because no one who looks like us really shares this stuff. Somehow it feels like no one else has stretched out skin or a saggy belly button. So thanks for the transparency.
Love this Brittany, thanks for being so honest! I’m 6 months pregnant with a baby girl and it’s good to see someone being honest about what to expect 💗
More TH-cam moms need to talk about what happens to your body post pregnancy! A lot of us end up with all these issues, but all we see online is the portion of women who "bounce back".I'm over here with my saggy skin, separated abs, hernia, pelvic floor issues wondering what I did wrong at the age of 28 when my physical therapist says this is all normal. Thank you for helping normalize the real post partum body spectrum!!
Omg thank you so much for making me not feel like an alien from another planet with my body after having my precious bundle of joy love the realness you put out for your viewers xoxo
The foot thing is plantar fasciitis, super common after pregnancy. Stretch your calves and hamstrings twice a day. Should get rid of that pain. Enjoying watching your videos! I’m pregnant with baby number 3 and love watching these types of videos. Appreciate how real you are in each one.
Thank you for this video! I’m 5 days PP and I’m experiencing a lot of what you said... night sweats, weak abdomen, mommy pouch, B.O., arthritis symptoms, etc. I feel way better after you said how our bodies are super cool and to go east on ourselves. Made me feel less anxious and not so alone. After all, I just made a whole human and he’s perfect.
Thank you for being so open and honest with all the pp body changes!! I feel so validated and relate so much to a lot of these. I’m now 12 months pp, and one thing I want to say is that I saw suchhhh huge changes in skin elasticity and other things you mentioned in this video from where you are now to 12 months pp. once I made peace with a lot of these changes, I looked up months later and realized how much better everything was looking. Just continue to have grace for yourself and your body and take care of yourself and your baby and things will settle into a “better” new normal after some more time 😊 I also had crazy hair loss 5 months pp, I highly recommend taking biotin every day, it really helped those hairs come back with full force and grow more quickly. I wasn’t sure if it was helping at first, but when comparing baby hair regrowth with other PP moms, I could notice a difference in the regrowth speed with taking biotin 😘 hope this helps some 💗💗love you and your content!!
Thank you for your honesty! My body has changed so much after my two babies, not as much as some peoples and I am grateful for that but I also love it because it’s evidence of my babies
Thank you for bringing up the loose skin. I’m 3 months post partum and it’s been a difficult topic for me. Hearing you talk about it makes me more comfortable in my own skin. Reminds me it’s a new part of me like my new beautiful baby girl ❤️
I can so appreciate all of your honesty with pregnancy and post partum. My daughter is 3 months old now and not only was my pregnancy hard this time around (she’s my 2nd baby) but post partum has been tough also, the saggy belly and hair loss, plus more! It’s refreshing to see someone talk about it and I love your real ness with it all 💕💕💕
I'm 4 months postpartum and I needed to see a video like this. Thank you so much. It has been difficult dealing with the changes in my body but I just have to remind myself of what an amazing thing I did!
I am so thankful for your honest and real videos. I am three months postpartum and it’s reassuring to know that I’m not the only one experiencing these things!
Addicted to your videos!! You have helped my pregnancy so much and prepared me for all things pregnancy and motherhood! You make me feel more prepared for my sons arrival in three months and I’m so grateful for that especially being a first time mom💙
I have a baby same age as Arrow and I love watching your videos. The things you talk about in your videos I’m like yup me too. I enjoy watching how transparent you are about everything and more importantly how you talk so positive! It really makes my Monday mornings so much better. 😊
Loving your postpartum content! It’s inspiring me to document my second pregnancy 😬 I had a lot of sagging skin over my belly button too after my first pregnancy and I feel like it magically started to go away when I was about 8 to 9 months 🤷🏽♀️ couldn’t tell you why because I really didn’t do anything special. There are a lot of mixed opinions on about belly wrapping and postpartum soft girdles but the concept actually comes from when people used to carry infants on their back by wrapping a cloth around their midsection (which would girdle the stomach at the same time). I wore a girdle every other day-ish from about 3-5 months postpartum and I feel like it helped a lot with my pooch. I’ve also heard of people using posture braces, when you have good posture you are naturally engaging your core which will help minimize the pooch over time. Mine never fully went away but I got to a place where I was much more comfortable with it’s size 😊 can’t wait for your next video 😘❤️
I’m not sure if you’re doing this but I heard taking a collagen supplement can really help your skin heal. I’m currently pregnant and I take the supplement daily, my mom who’s in her 40s started doing this and after a couple months of her doing it I could tell how loosened skin began looking more supple and youthful. So I’m hoping that collagen will do the same for postpartum skin, but obviously since I’m still pregnant I can’t tell you from personal experience if it works. Anyway, just may be something to look into if it bothers you! Thank you for the video and the honesty! I love your positive body image!
Girl, I love you for posting content like this. It truly makes me feel better knowing, ok she went through this too, it’s not just me. I’ve struggled hard loving myself PP and your honesty and openness is exactly what I needed 💕
I love watching your videos! I'm done having kids. I wish that when I had my five kiddos that someone would have talked like you do it would have made me feel not so alone. So you are awesome and amazing!
Love you 😘. I am six months postpartum and I am going through all the things you have mentioned. I thought that it’s only me having leg pain but at least not...I love your transparency and honesty keep the good work up...
You are the sweetest mom. Arrow is adorable, i wish someday I'll have a baby just like her❤️. Also, I can't stop myself from watching your videos😍 i love you soo much☺️
You look amazing! Thanks for all the insight. I’m due in February and definitely need this type of raw and uncut type of information. I am happy that you share realistic stuff rather than the unrealistic, “motherhood is peaches and cream” type of stuff. I also commend you for accepting and embracing the changes you have gone through. You go girl!
I love watching your baby growing. We were pregnant together, my baby girl would be 5 months yesterday but we lost her due to congenital heart condition. I love to see how big she would be now.. sending lots of love and thanks for your videos😘
I promise this all gets better! Once your baby is a year (or maybe even sooner) the stretched skin does get significantly tighter... including the belly button and your boobs will even out completely once you’re done breastfeeding. I was a D on one side and a B on the other side 😫 I went through all of this stuff you mentioned with my first baby two years ago. I truly didn’t think I’d ever get back to the “normal” me but soon enough, I did. Our bodies are amazing. It takes time! Give yourself grace during this precious time, mama! I’m on my 2nd baby (4 months old) and reminding myself of this as well ♥️ You’re amazing for this video! Wish I had these videos to watch with my first babe.
Omg since I found out I was pregnant I started to look after some YT videos (you know for more research) and I love your videos just cause you explain It so good and your videos inspire me to do better, a couple weeks ago Ive been seeing more stretch marks in my body and sometimes It gets hard cause of the full body changes but I know outhere are people who understand this, we're not alone ✨💕
About the foot pain, see a foot doctor! I had the same thing and it ended up being plantar fascitis because of all the ligaments stretching during pregnancy. I now have orthotics and do calve stretches and it's so much better! Sending all my love, you're doing so great!!
I love how real you are and your videos I’m pregnant with my first baby and honestly all the body changes have always freaked me out you make me feel way more calm about everything 💓 thank you
I love watching these videos! I’m due in about a month and a half, and being able to look ahead at what’s to come calms my nerves a little! You’re a super stellar momma! Keep doing what you do!
5 weeks pp with my second and he was just a couple ounces shy of 11lbs so I’m FEELING this! The worst is that I had extra skin from my first and instead of just using that skin, my body made MORE!! We’re not using the skin we have, why make extra?? For the diastasis recti- I did pt for it but most of the moves are available on TH-cam videos. Don’t do sit-ups, instead try “stomach vacuums” and do them as often as you can for as long as you can every day. Great job mamas, be kind to yourselves, you are amazing!!
I’m so happy you mentioned joint pain! I was getting really worried myself I’m 3 months postpartum and have experienced joint pain in my ankles and knees I gave birth to a 9.1 pound baby. Thank you for sharing I love these videos 🥰
I love your realness, positive outlook, and self love. Also feeling like I’m going to be so prepared for all the weird hardly talked about aspects of pregnancy once I start having kids from your videos 😂
Hello 😊 Love the video! I am a podiatrist in Australia- It sounds like you have plantar fasciitis which is often caused by weight increase in pregnancy, ligament laxity (to allow your hips to widen) and a change to your walking style (also very prevalent in non pregnant folk too). When you sleep/relax the muscle contracts and then gets pulled when you put your weight through it. As much as possible wear supportive footwear (ASICS are great), stretch your feet before putting your body weight on then and then maybe try rolling your feet on a frozen water bottle or tennis ball. The good news is that plantar fasciitis heals but just like any other muscle strain takes time. Good luck!
Oh my god... this made me feel a bit better. My body will never be the same and I know that. But sometimes it feels daunting. Seeing these videos help me remember it’s natural, normal, and I’m not alone. Still on the journey to love my PP body, but wow you have helped a lot.
Hi Britany, I'm a new mom too. And no matter how hard I exercise, my "pouch" doesn't seem to go away. And yeah, there's loose skin that bothers me a lot. You should try out the laser lipo massage spa if possible. That helps a whole lot with flattening your tummy and firming skin without any surgery.
I thought I was the only one with the foot pain!!! It started 6 months pregnant and It feel better but my doctor thought I was crazy. Every one should watch your videos. So informative and thorough. Your gorgeous and your LO is so lucky to have parents like you guys 💙
aww thank you so so much!! and if your foot pain feels anything like mine, you're definitely not crazy!! feels like I'm walking on frozen eggshells in the AM lol ❤️
Awww I loved this video ❤️❤️ I’m 3 months postpartum with a 17 month old as well and some days I feel like I’m not myself anymore because I’m constantly taking care of others needs. Like I don’t shower until the afternoon when my toddler takes a nap around 2pm. At that same time I try to catch up on housework too! I rarely feel pretty in my own body anymore. I have the kids pouch for sure! And totally have the stretched skin too!! I thought I was the only one because I don’t have stretch marks so I didn’t know what to call them. And my belly button looks jacked up, it looks like a nose! It won’t go back either but it’s all wrinkly 🥴
Fyi rheumatoid arthritis is usually triggered by a bladder infection / uti! Maybe pregnancy has left your immune system running down low and it triggered the pain. Treat the infection and treat the arthritis! :)
I am so glad that you did this video, this is my fourth pregnancy and I will be due in January and OMGAWD it is such a refreshing true fact about the things you mentioned in this video. Been subscribing to you for a couple months now(I am glad that I did!), & I am glad that you kept it RAW and REAL!! Thank you so much for sharing this with us! very appreciated!

I’m 7months pregnant with my first and all the tips and tricks have helped me tremendously !
Same here! Looks like we are pregnancy twins! Whens ur due date?
I’m having a boy ! My due date is February 16,2021
I love watching your videos! I'm done having kids. I wish that when I had my five kiddos that someone would have talked like you do it would have made me feel not so alone. So you are awesome and amazing!
Love how you talk about these things with a sense of humor! Women need to be more supportive and nice to each other and ourselves!
Love you 😘. I am six months postpartum and I am going through all the things you have mentioned. I thought that it’s only me having leg pain but at least not...I love your transparency and honesty keep the good work up...
Love your videos and how honest you are about everything, you’re definitely my favorite mom TH-camr! 🥰
You rock mama ♥️ thank you for being so real and open about the truths of mama life- physically and mentally ! ♥️
I’m so happy you talk about these things and in such a positive way, too! It’s very inspiring :’)
Thank you for doing this. I know it isnt easy, but it helps people a lot and is really an act of kindness. Please know it is valued.
I have a 6 month old and it really helps to watch your vlogs I feel less alone so thanks 😊 xx
Your videos make me feel so much better about postpartum 🙏I get the worst joint pain too!!
Could you maybe talk a little more about the “body odor” in your upcoming videos how you deal with it & how did you realize it was happening
Honestly it is a breastfeeding thing
Omg since I found out I was pregnant I started to look after some YT videos (you know for more research) and I love your videos just cause you explain It so good and your videos inspire me to do better, a couple weeks ago Ive been seeing more stretch marks in my body and sometimes It gets hard cause of the full body changes but I know outhere are people who understand this, we're not alone ✨💕
these videos are absolutely amazing to watch, my daughter is due in february and i love watching videos like this that are honest and real
Love how real and honest you are my baby is 4 months now and I feel like I’m not alone on this journey
Xoxo ❤️
i love you!!
thank you for being so honest ✨ it’s more comforting than you know 💕
Thank you so much for these honest videos! I’m also 5 months PP (my daughter was born 7/11), and your videos have helped me so much!
The belly bottom piercing is super common. Thank God my family never let me get one when I was young. But you still look great!
Thank you for this video! Your transparency (without judgment or negativity) is refreshing.
About the foot pain, see a foot doctor! I had the same thing and it ended up being plantar fascitis because of all the ligaments stretching during pregnancy. I now have orthotics and do calve stretches and it's so much better! Sending all my love, you're doing so great!!
I love how real you are and your videos I’m pregnant with my first baby and honestly all the body changes have always freaked me out you make me feel way more calm about everything 💓 thank you
Really appreciate how honest you are. Very helpful!
I'm not having kids anytime soon but these videos are super helpful!!! Thank you for the honesty!!!
I love watching these videos! I’m due in about a month and a half, and being able to look ahead at what’s to come calms my nerves a little! You’re a super stellar momma! Keep doing what you do!
31 weeks & these videos are a holy grail thank you 🙏🏼💖
Love that you are sharing all these baby related videos and being honest and raw about everything.
You are so sweet! Thank you for your real ness! You are so honest and transparent!
I love your realness, positive outlook, and self love. Also feeling like I’m going to be so prepared for all the weird hardly talked about aspects of pregnancy once I start having kids from your videos 😂
Thanks for all the super useful info! And I love your body positivity too! It really is incredible what our bodies can do ❤️
Hello 😊 Love the video! Good luck!
I’m in week 25 of pregnancy and your videos are so helpful 💗
I am too! My due date is March 28th!!
Thank you for being so positive about the changes 💕 Your doing so much good in the mumma world 💕
I thought I was the only one with the foot pain!!!
I’m a new mom (3 weeks) and your videos are amazing!!! This is my new favorite Chanel and your videos are so real and helpful!! Thank you!
I second the arthritis business. It’s painful!
You may have planters foot
me too in my wrists, cant even hold my son..I feel ya!
Fyi rheumatoid arthritis is usually triggered by a bladder infection / uti! Maybe pregnancy has left your immune system running down low and it triggered the pain. Treat the infection and treat the arthritis! :)
I never followed you before you had a baby, but I have to say you are such a good mom and a total natural. 😊
I love how honest you are. My belly never went back 100% normal after my first & I am pregnant with my second now.
We love you girl!!! Keep fighting the good fight for us and putting the truth out there ✨✨✨
You are so wonderful. Thank you for your honesty!
