How to Pick Succulents for Special Pots

- Displaying collectible succulents in one-of-a-kind pots is a great way to enjoy both, lends interest and sophistication to your outdoor living spaces, and cuts clutter. Plus, pairing is fun!
Btw, the difference between "staging" (for Cactus and Succulent shows) and "pairing" (the aesthetic shown in this video) is that pairing gives the pot stature. It becomes more than merely a frame for the plant. As an recognized art form, pairing identifies pottery artists along with the special plants displayed in their one-of-a-kind pots.

Yes, I'll never forget having the same reaction, seeing photo after photo in a book by a New Zealand horticulturist 20+ years ago. And now there are succulent photos all over the Internet!
