Warren picked a good person to run BNSF. I think she is smart.
Tell that to the 800 furloughed mechanical employees since March, funny how she didn’t bring up the UPS contract they lost to UP, or the $75 million settlement for making outside contractors truck drivers register their fingerprints in Illinois then selling the bio-metric data see Rogers V. Bnsf Railway, or the $500 million in cleanup cost for two derailments.
She’s lost BNSF three big intermodal contracts, Schinder, Swift, UPS due to her business practices. We’ve also lost several other contracts as well. BNSF is charging customers fuel surcharges and to use additional power but they’re not using that power and moving their cargo at 30 to 40mph when it should be 55mph or 70mph all in an effort to save fuel.
She’s also cut a lane portion of mechanical department and the maintenance on tracks, cars and locomotives is severely lacking.
Ask her about there Hi - Viz points Crap. And all the furloughs in train service people ?? Also ask her about the Asbestos lawsuits in Montana that thay lost to..😂😂😂
I guess this proves Berkshire maybe not the best owner of a railroad.
She seemed nervous and repeated the same buzz words a lot.
Katie Farmer should know the economy is liable to collapse . Risky.
