I think this really promoted them, though I think it's funny that they collaborated with a very low bass singer and give him the tenor lead. He did most of the bassline, too, though. The Bass Gang was very excited to do this collaboration. PETER barber (guy in the grey sweater) has also a reaction/analysis channel and he did one for this. He explained more than analysed for this one, but it's worth a watch (you don't need to react to it). Peter was very giddy. Have you reacted to some of Tim's solo stuff? He's released 5 of his 12 tracks of his solo album on TH-cam. It's all a capella and he does all the part. While they are all awesome, a good starting point would be Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow/Stay.

How great was that! Love having Tim sing with the Bass Gang. Tim is the growl master but he can also sing high. I have always liked this song done first by the late B.J. Thomas in 1968. It was later done by Jonathan King in 1971 & Blue Swede in 1974 who both added the "ooga chaka" part. What makes this collaboration even more impressive is that none of the guys were even together.
