McDonald’s South India and West India is managed by westlife franchise whereas north and east India is maintained by another franchise. That’s why south and west India have unique menu from north and East India. Also The northern Indian franchise had a long standing dispute with McDonald corporation so they didn’t launch many McDonald’s products. I guess only last year the dispute got solved do you ll get McCafé soon in north india !
