0:54 - Keep toss arm up longer
2:19 - More weight on back leg
3:45 - After the serve feel like you're floating

I watched this last night and implemented the changes in my lesson today. Wow...it works perfectly. Initially had to get my rhythm right but within a few minutes I was hitting harder and in. Thanks!

the 3rd tip, that's exactly how i feel when i get the serves like still in the air feeling. just that i cant get that consistently. i think i am not loading my back leg enough and not jumping. thanks for the 3 tips..they are so related that i think to do 3, you gotta do 1 &2 well first

your tips on using that back leg and "floating" are great - will be working on those 2 aspects next time out practicing my serve.

I've been struggling with my flat serve into the tape on the net for ages now and not knowing the true cause, but your first tip is exactly what I'm doing wrong, and the other tips sounds exactly what I need to do. Thanks so much

One teacher told me keep the chin up and let the eyes linger upwards, that really matches with what the teacher says here!

Usually the good servers transfers their weight to the front leg at the trophy position. What they control is the hip rotation. The hips has to stop rotation and lock this will prevent for the shoulders to over rotate, and the out come of this will, bee that the arm will come flying effortless by the momentum of the rotatio. If you over rotate your shoulders most likely the ball will go down. Plant your foot poi thing at different angles and try to serve and you will discover when is that the ball goes at the net and when it will clear up the net. I hope this can help you understanding the Magick of creating the net most or the time.

Superb tips especially the 1st one, nobody ever spots that one. Perhaps just one other though, the toss, but thats prob the result of the first 2 tips, nicely done video though

Your left arm is not raised all the way up at 4:20 but still serve is in ?

Great tips! I also found that hitting the ball at the peak of the toss rather than when it starts to drop was the correction I needed to get those serves in hard and in the box.

When you "float" on the 3rd tip, your lead foot lands in the court and you avoid over rotating your chest. To land in the court on your back foot or both feet is not what good players do. 👍

Videos can be help but letting viewer know which serve you are performing can ease the guessing.
