Margarita Kumpar, young Ukrainian violinist, refugee in Vila Nova de Milfontes, Portugal

Margarita Kumpar is a young artist who on 24 February 2022 woke up to the sound of Russian bombs bombing Kharkiv. The University of Arts, where she was studying violin, was destroyed. She took refuge in Portugal, in Vila Nova de Milfontes, where she now shows her art in the street every day.
Persistent, she wants to continue her studies and dreams of playing in an orchestra.

Margarita Kumpar é uma jovem artista que no dia 24 de fevereiro de 2022 acordou ao som das bombas russas que bombardearam Kharkiv. A Universidade das Artes, onde estudava violino foi destruída. Refugiou-se em Portugal, em Vila Nova de Milfontes, onde agora mostra, todos os dias, a sua arte na rua.
