How to Get Ready for a Job Interview!
Today you're going to get access to my complete Job Interview checklist:
This is the same checklist I've used to get 5 offers, within only 3 months when I was job hunting more than a year ago.
These can also be considered as phone interview tips, in fact, you can ace any job interview using these steps!
Here's some of the stuff we're going to cover in today's video.
First, I'll show you why it's so important to reread the job description and responsibilities, and why 95% of applicants overlook this step. In fact, recruiters know who reviewed the application and who did not pretty easily.
Then, it's all about getting the right information from the right people. You have to make the best decision for your career, and for that, I'll show you how you can leverage LinkedIn to get the most accurate information about the job possible.
Third, I show you how you can tailor your answers to the person you're interviewing with. If you create a personal connection with your interviewer, you'll increase your chance of passing to the next round.
Next up, we will make sure you know what type of interview you're getting into. You won't prepare for an interview the same way if it's a behavioral or Case Interview right?
Finally, unleash your personality and get noticed by asking TGQ Questions. We will cover how and why effective questions can say a lot about who you are, and how it can help you make the best impression possible.
And I wrap up this Job interview Preparation, by giving you one more bonus tip, to ensure you get remembered during your meeting.

thanks bro:
0:50 re-read the job description and responsibilites - match every one to a specific experience you had in the past or a skill that you currently have. i.e dont just say you are a leader- give an example that clearly shows that or how you would handle a scenario like that in the future if you havent had it in the past yet.
3:30 reach out to people on linked in to ask them anything u want about company culture, opportunities etc
4:33 know who you are interviewing with, without being too creepy- linked in and twitter. Look for similarities, the goal is to make a connection so you're memorable
6:21 ask about the format of the interview- so you know how to prepare.
8:00 prepare good questions to ask
9:40 Interview clothes- colours

I had an interview yesterday and watched a lot of your videos the day before. It helped me a lot because you pointed out some subjects that i never thought of. Also, when i asked : What's a challenge you are facing in your role (non concerning the COVID-19), the interviewer said exaclty " wow excellent question" and it was at that point that i understood how much your content helped me.
