Thank you ma for Trusting and trying my recipes,, naan sonaenla,,, it Doesn’t dry out like wheat chapatti for the next day ,, it retains moisture,, so lights microwave panni sapta,, nalla softa irukum,, but personally I don’t like Ragi chapathi- suda suda nalla spicy side vaichi sapdanum,, aarina nalla irukadhu - but a good diabetic friendly recipe

Haha,,good for weight loss if we take everyday ,,but I make it once in a month,, so I did not loose - if you are consistent- it will definitely show you results
@@prathysamayal the only problem is with the water measurement,,if it came too sticky last time for 1:1 ratio ,then reduce the water ( remove 2_3 tablespoons from 1 cup water
Was the dough non kneadablly hard or / sticky or or what was wrong ,,the amount of water needed varies for different oats type .. the problem is with the amount of water you add - I totally understand your disappointment- but if the dough turned out sticky - then reduce the amount water I have mentioned- try it one more time - not more than one cup oats -you will get it right … but as I said it takes lot of time for each chappathi to cook ,, glad that you liked puttu - that is a never failure recipe - people usually mess up with oats chappathi because of water measurements. Sorry about that
