Awesome way to go. Wish plywood wasn't priced so outrageous right now, I'm trying to think of something less expense to go under the tiles. Great video! =)
Hey Ik this was a long time ago but I have noticed that u have more levels on the videos after this and was wondering how you got them to stay up with the bunnies weight. Do u just zip tie them or do u put something under to support it x
My question is the gripping. Is that linoleum/vinyl flooring slick? I actually have a bun right now im rehabilitating because he has splayed legs (dont know if its genetic or from the flooring he had to live on -3 months old-) and right now I have him in a cage with carpet/wood and he does great on it but it doesn't look too pretty. I love the way your floor looks! I'm just worried if I do this he will end up on the short end of the stick.
I also have my rabbit on the same flooring (except in the wood looking style) she is a new zealand white and its hard for her to keep traction on the floor. The plus of the flooring is that its easy to clean. I put little dish drying mats (the kind you put on your couter to catch the water from your dishes) in particular areas where she needs traction like her food bowl. She likes the flooring because its cool and I live in Hawaii so it is usually warm, but I have considered re-doing her floors because it is so slippery. So it might not be the best choice for a bunny with splayed legs.
Please, please help! I just got all the supplies needed for the condo (thank you, the video was awesome and helpful). I had the pine wood trim on the floor and I caught my bun chewing it. Of course, I ran over to stop him and I found Small pieces of wood. It's getting me super nervous of him eating it! Should I just not put it on? Please tell me what to do. I completely trust your judgement. Thanks!!!
+Joanna Balseca Pine is fine for them to chew, My bunnies chew on the trim all the time! you rabbit may eat some but probably not much. The trim provides an extra chew kindof :P :D
Is this a pricey thing to do? Because I would love for my rabbit to have a bigger pen but I can't go over the budget of about 100$ or 50$ so I was wondering if it depends or what?
Hi what kind of blankets would I use for my rabbits cage she has a normal cage not a c&c and I want to change the wood shavings to blankets and see how she is getting on with that . What bal let's would I use
I'm confused. Do rabbits need levels in their cage? Because I watched this "Good and bad cages" and a dog play pen could work as a good cage... so do they need levels or not?
Hi, I have had my bunny for four months now and he absolutely will NOT let me clip his nails. I have tried so many methods and I am getting impatient. I am afraid it's going to begin to hurt him if he does not let me. Does anyone have any advice for me? I've tried treats but he won't stay on my lap long enough for me to turn him over 😔
Can you just cover the bottom with cardboard and towels? My rabbit is litter box trained for pee but still had a few accidents, I honestly have a hard time affording the grids on their own so I can't really afford this, would what I said before work?
And you need to not be so judgy and bitchy, do you not realize how much money people spend to care for a damn rabbit? ofc her clothes won't be super top notch

MarchingBagira It is somewhat slippery, I wouldnt recommend it for your bun with splayed legs.

Thanks for the replies. I'll have to find some kind of replacement or redesign so the cage can look nice AND be comfortable. : )

U can go on eBay and search up rabbit condos and you can get one like that for about $100-$200 dollars depending on the size
No it is about $60/$70

+My Cute Life fleece mostly or some towels
How did you build the ramp leading to the second floor? Btw storm was ADORABLE in this video.💞💞💞😝
U get some plywood and cut it and then u put cut some tiny prices for traction and u can use a hinge at the top
Thankyou!!

No they don't need them. I just like to have them in my cages

I slowly wrap him in a towel and leave the back paws out and trim those then same with front
+Brock Kissee I have tried that, he just wiggles his way out lol. I will keep trying though. Thank you for replying.
CrystalLovinMakeup try and get 2 people to hold him one holding him and the other probably u cutting his nails
Y rabbit is living in this cage I get at petsmart and its kinda small, what size cage would be ok, he is a mini lop.
Cole Helderman if he can hop across three times full length and can lay down all the way width wise it is good
What is c&c and NIC stand for
It basically just means a cage that you build yourself
Hi Abby I am looking for a bunny do you know where I can buy or adopt one? Thanks
