    thanks great . on euro6 cars with low pressure egr when you inject the liquid, disconnect the low pressure egr valve so that the liquid is not sucked in

    I wondered why you did it with the engine running on the other Audis aswell, back filling into the exhaust and cylinders it makes complete sense.
    I must admit, when I was doing the clean on an A5 the other day I ran the engine, because I thought the foam would go up through the low pressure egr into the engine if I wasn’t careful - I didn’t make the connection with the height of the dpf and how close it is to the engine on other models though…
    Everyday is a school day as they say!

    I see u took my advice Jimmy, doing 5s bursts when injecting fluid while engine is on, in theory this method will have been more effective at cleaning soot versus one long continuous squirt 😎

      Just as the DPF is quite high so didn't want to fill it with engine off

    Well you learn something new everyday, didnt know a 2014 v6 had a DPF, thought they came in 2015 for audi. The more you learn eh. Still jimmy 28ths fast approach, and i dont have a DPF for you to look at, do got a turbo and engine full of codes though!

    Hello, I want to share with you my experience with Audi a4 2015 tdi 2.0 128.000 km.
    My check engine signal was on from I don't know why... suddenly. I put the tester in the board computer and I received these errors.P2002 (this error was first) and P004B1(after 1 month), and i had some negative performance on a filter like -10 kpa and minim was 0 , and the god raport was to stay between 0-10 kpa. How i fixed .. i changed the senzor presure gas evacuation.

    Hi, have you ever tried to spay the cleaner directly inside the intercooler body from above, from the egr opening? With this method I'm not getting durable results and of course I didn't want to repalce the costy part...
    Where does the pressure sensor hose finishing up?

    I have this fault, if i dont do anything about it in the short term can it cause further bigger issues? My mechanic is booked up for 3 months

    Hi what is the required engine temperature in a Vivaro 1.6 for the DPF regeneration to start? Is 80 degrees Celsius correct?

    Does this DPF flush clean out just the soot or does it clear ash particles as well?

    P2002 efficiency below threshold refers to the egr fault , that customer will be calling you back to say he has a dpf fault AGAIN

      Your right, but also wrong, like 50/50, by putting the fluid in via the dpi pressure sensor, the fluid will be cleaning the DPF filter face, once its worked its way through the DPF the cleaning fluid has a big chance of hitting the EGR cooler that's bolted in to the rear of the DPF, Cleaning of the soot on the EGR cooler. Now you may not get to all out, but you can get enough of it out to give the car a better chance of becoming road worthy for a unknown set period of time, We cleaned Audi with this code in the same way, the DPF pressure sensor readings was off the chart, but after a clean, dropped right down, yes the customer called us back about 4 months later, We went and re washed the filter, which would have cleaned out the DPF even more and the EGR more so this time, The customer is still driving his V6 audi 3 years later with no P2002 issues again, so in closing, it could be the luck of the draw to the extent of the problem in the 1st place, the only other option is a full strip down and EGR removal which could see a days labour added to any garage workshops bill, peace be the journey.
