I have had mine for three years now. First saw it in Autombile Magazine back in 1991 and I still have the magazine. Of course then the article said I couldn't buy one here in the USA so that made me want it that much more and I only had to wait till they turned 25 years old to get one. I just love how it makes people smile and lord knows we all need something to smile about these days.

Great review of the Figaro! Always rather liked them. It took me longer than it probably should've done to realise they were Nissans due to the lack of Nissan branding on the bodywork 😅 Arguably one of, if not the best retro styled cars to ever exist.

Every time I see this car I imagine that is was produced in the mid 2000s, and then I’m always surprised when I remember that it actually came out in 1989.

It's aged well considering its 50s looks, hasn't it?

@@ClassicsWorldUK styled after the ‘50s, designed in the ‘80s, and the design still looks fairly fresh 30 years later. Probably the best attempt at retro styling.

Great video! I have the Figaro in Emerald Green too, my first was in Lapis Grey. I agree completely with your comments about the handling of the car, the suspension is definitely very soft and cushiony- I absolutely love it!

It's so not me but I still wan't one. Looks like what an Eastern Bloc sports car would have been
Here in Australia it will still cost you over £16,000

It's not to my taste, but for people who would love one, there's a one at Sunniside Car sales in the North East.

Nice video, but that knocking sound in the background, which is probably part of some kind of music, is annoying.

Some of them for some reason have been sprayed on a Bright Pink which makes the beutiful design of the Figaro make it look like something barbie would own in my opinion.😂😂. The original colours are beautiful though
