love this video... I would love to know ballpark range how much more could be added on for options. Got my eye on a floorpan and neighborhood and trying to see just how much I might be looking at. The sales guy at Fischer I met with (with my realtor 🙂) said they usually do model homes with mid level options.
I’m actually looking at a model this weekend. Just wanting to window shop basically because we have to sell our home back in KY before we can even think about buying a home here in Cincinnati.. so it will be awhile. Will that lock me out of having a buying agent later if we decide to go with Fischer?
Yes, potentially. They will usually allow you to have representation if you tell them up front at that first meeting. They call it, "the threshold". If you're interested, email me at eric.sztanyo@kw.com or call me at 513-813-6293. Would love to represent you ... even if it may not be right away. :)
You kinda touched on it .. but I would also like to emphasize the importance of asking the salesperson to walk through the model with you and show what is standard and what is added options in the model .. the salesperson did not walk through the model with us and we were surprised at contract time what was not included in the base model. Even still, later at our design meeting a few weeks later, several important structural items that we thought were included, were not and had to be added.
I’m currently building with Ryan Homes and I’m beyond excited and glad that I am working with my realtor.

Yeah, you should be able to ask the rep and he can give you a ballpark based on the design.

Do you have a period of time after signing the Purchase Agreement where you can back out of the deal and get your deposit fully returned?
No, not really. You'll want to do your due diligence on the front end. Happy to help if you are exploring.
I've been looking at his hair style for entire video
