EU (and America) is going to require greening from their importers, and since Paxtan largest export is ready-made clothing (cotton primarily) and it's largest markets are EU and America, without greening its cotton growing, ginning, spinning, yarn-making, and finished cloth production processes, it is likely these markets will impose non-tariff barriers to Paxtan's exports and make them further noncompetitive.
