    This was not a particularly touch session but it was constant. There was no easy riding from after the warmup to the warmdown. Thank you Matt Stephens. GCN misses your sessions. Thank you Si Richardson for your dry humour keeping up going. Manon Lloyd & Co should look at them @GCN as the new sessions are too easy

    Done this a few times but now on a classic steel bike with 7 speed 13/21 52/46 gearing. Harder than a very big bag of hard things! Thank you GCN!

    for people who complains about the ads, get a stream app that can play YT vids and use them, they dont have ads while the vids are playing 👌

    Nice program! I've succesfully used on the Tacx Satori with 10 level resistance with tripple-system endurance road bike on the 9-speed transmission.

    Thank you Simon, a good vid thanks to the effort on your part. I don’t have any indoor cycling equipment but the occasional gym session on a power bike is all I get. I may splash out and get myself sorted for next winter. Maybe not.

    Hey we really like you "guys" but TH-cam just put up 5 ads plus one pop-up that had to be clicked to go away. Seems excessive and was very disruptive to the workout.

    Great workout. It was brutal but even more brutal dealing with ads. I treated them like cars or stop lights getting in my way. Nonetheless, great workout. Legs on fire. 🔥👏🏾😊

    The scenic road workouts make me sweat way more than the newer ones (2021-2023). I think because there's no actual rest. Can you simulate those again?

    I've been loving these training sessions, but the ad breaks on this one couldn't come at a worse time. Right in the middle of the Max efforts at the end of this.

    Second comment!!!.....please do a training video for a session without using powermeters or speed/cadence sensors...only timing. I know they're pretty useful gadgets but sometimes you gotta go old school. Keep it up GCN!!

    Great session, terribly placed ad at 31:00 right at the end of a 60rpm block. Almost threw my bottle at the tv and taught my daughter a few new curse words.

    Si, for those using a non smart trainer what resistance were you using or was it a resistance off session? When GCN ask you to work from home ask them to supply a fan next time mate you look like you've been in a a flippin sauna.

    I find it hard to keep cadence low while staying below my FTP..... if im pushing gear at all then i tend to push beyond it.

    I love these videos for indoor training when it’s to cold to ride in Canada. BUT is there any way to get rid of the ads? I totally get the reason for them but not during a training video. They always pop in at the wrong time.

    Why not add a description of the session so that those with Trainer Road can replicate the session using the workout creator and synchronise?

      Colin Smith there is a description including cadence and power zones in the expanded blurb... I just transcribed it for Elite MyETraining using that and cross checking by skipping through the vid.... Now off to the sweat box to try it out 👍

      that's curious: I get to the workout trough the link - but the search function doesn't show this or any other GCN workout...?!?!? And therefore I can watch the graph in the browser, but cannot use it in the Trainerroad app😠

    The ads (3!) right in the middle of timed sessions are horrible. Having to unclip, dismount, walk over to screen to hit skip ad, walk back to bike, get back on, clip in, and try to get back to speed is a deal breaker for me. I support you by watching the pre and post workout video ads, but I will not support any advertisers that ruin my workout. Please do not ruin the hard work you did in designing these terrific workouts with these in-session ads. Thanks

    I struggle to take my wheels off because the tire gets stuck on the brake. This is my first road bike and I've only had it for a few months so I'm new. Is this normal, am I doing something wrong, or are they just wide tires?
