Dumfries

The town of Dumfries is located in the south-west of Scotland. It's not far from the Scottish-English border. It was in the Greyfriars church in Dumfries where Robert the Bruce murdered John "the Red" Comyn, who was his rival to the Scottish throne. The location of where this happened is marked by a plaque. Robert Burns lived the last three years of his life in Dumfries. I shot a separate video for he Burns House Museum.
