So thrilled that the “seatbelt” ticket adventure is finally resolved. Being humble and admitting to error and paying the fine is the best example of living out biblical faith. Thank you Jase!
I don’t know about LA, but in IN the driver gets the ticket no matter who doesn’t have their seatbelt on. The driver is held responsible for the car & passengers.
I fought a speeding ticket and won - the officer said to me "I would come to court and contest the ticket" so I did. He wasn't happy, but admitted I had a good record. It was kind of a trap area of 30-50 in the country with no traffic and he was getting many local people.
A celebrity of your caliber defending then admitting and paying a $50 ticket and speaking on it and admitting it, has to be one of the most Christian things I’ve seen. It’s so human, and yes you could and did use your status to make a statement, but to humble yourself by walking to the courthouse to pay your fine and not fighting it, was so inspiring to the rest of us. Yes you went on too long about it this whole time, yes you could have made the officer suffer from talking about it, but overall, you showed the sin, the fight, and the redemption after humbling yourself. Great job Jase and to the officer and court officials. And praise Jesus for another lesson.
There’s a notes section in the back for services you do yourself too, to prove to the dealer under warranty that you did the services required to maintain the warranty. It’s your right as an owner to do them, but it’s up to you to also prove you did them.

Here's hoping Zach is right that we don't want to hear about the seatbelt debacle again.
Also, glad Jase lost and won 😃!
Good reminder about our upcoming podcast ❤
Also agree with Phil about the dang phones!

Hello everyone it's been a while, good podcast gentlemen
Well I can't get to it. Maybe I can watch it tomorrow
I bought my car in 2020, and the owner's manual is still in the original shrink wrap from the manufacturer.
Law and best practice are two different things.
I seen the proper way to wear your seatbelt in the owners manual.
I am of short stature and the seat belt comes across my throat 🤯 so I often tuck it under my arm😳
It was ugly, but a win is a WIN! 🏆 🤣
you lucky buster 😅
10 minutes of our life we're never going to get bsck
Jase, you were wrong take the win getting back to the lord please. Enough with this is story
Phil was right the higher ups stepped In and told them to give his money back and have a good duck season!
They care about the money from big names what makes them hipoctrites. To be honest gets you screwed.
Enjoyed the story Jase!! ❤❤❤

Jase Im glad you stuck it out still
In NH we don’t have to wear a seatbelt. One of the few states left with that freedom. Also we don’t have to wear a helmet on a motorcycle.
❤❤❤
This stupid ticket will, I predict, be a time wasting topic for almost every future podcast in the foreseeable future. Please God, give me patience.
And maybe He'll bless you with some manners as well.
Me. I read all the manuals. But the cop STOOD ON THE STATUTE. Principal still is worth fighting for. AND they counted the cost to everyone.
Don’t forget to give a thumbs up!
Every new vehicle I get, I READ THE OWNERS MANUAL!

Its absolutely insane that a grown man has to wear a seatbelt in the first place.
