Unsalted butter 無鹽奶油 10g / 1Tbsp
Powdered sugar 糖霜 10g / 1Tbsp
Cornstarch 玉米粉 60g / 6Tbsp
Plain flour 中筋面粉 10g / 1Tbsp
Grated parmesan cheese 帕瑪森芝士粉 20g / 3Tbsp
Whole egg 全蛋 30-40g
Bake at 150°C / 300°F for 15-17 minutes
摄氏150 / 华氏300 烘烤 15-17分钟

I don't have parmesan cheese so here was what I used instead:
1 egg yolk
20g sugar
10g butter
30g cream cheese
50g cornstarch
30g multipurpose flour
Bake at 150°C for 25 minutes.
I don't know about others but this worked out pretty well for me...
Noooooo flour here ruins the whole recipe, try with cornstarch only. Look the diference

I also didn't like the powdery texture much but I tried using 30g multipurpose flour and 40g cornstarch and it worked pretty well for me.
