❤So spot on. Successful farming business. Succession plan in place for family willing and excited about taking over business. Unfortunately went toxic and very pear shaped when the mentor cannot give up his power of running said business. I’m still trying to get out of a very horrible situation and his children want nothing more to do with him. They are supporting me as best they can in navigating AVO’s, theft of all the monies from the partnership and company etc. The list goes on.
