Grilled Pineapple Dessert - Caramelized Cinnamon Pineapple

In this video, we show you how to make a super delicious Grilled Pineapple Dessert. This grilled cinnamon pineapple has a beautiful caramelized coating and goes perfectly with a serving of vanilla ice cream! Grilled pineapples are popular in Brazil and absolutely delicious as a caramelized pineapple dessert.
To make the grilled cinnamon pineapple you will need:
Pineapple wedges
soft brown sugar
cinnamon powder
optional: fresh lime zest and vanilla ice cream
The Brazillian grilled pineapple can also be made on the barbecue for an even more authentic flavour!
