I have general anxiety dissorder, depression and ocd and it's been very hard these past few days, my ocd got very badly triggered, my anxiety went very high and it's been a nightmare... panic attacks, bad thoughts, a lot of crying... I'm just saying all of this because I want you to know your videos always helps me get through these difficult times, and today, especially, it helped me find relief and get rid from the bad feelings.
