I'm going to be given an injunction if I don't remove my E-bike from my flat.
I use it with my disability and it is like my mobility scooter for me.
Removal of the E-bike will diminish my quality of life as a disabled person.

You should have discussed capacity of witnesses mental health issues and not just the Respondent.
