Thank you all for your kind words. It is kind of an amateurish production but I had fun with it.

I've been looking for material on what Go teaches about philosophy, life, business, etc. This documentary was wonderful. Thank you for sharing it.

In answer to one of your questions, I'm not sure why TH-cam converted it to low def since the version I uploaded was close to a gig. The DVD version on Amazon is high def but that is DVD only, for ($20) I'm afraid. Sorry!

This is a brilliant film. Shame that image quality is poor, but the messages are many and enlightening. Especially those from the Art of War. Many thanks!

Thank you very much for your work, and for sharing it here!! As a western player it was very interesting to learn more about how weiqui is seen and practiced in China. Definetly looking forward to buy and read your book!!
PS.: Do you play weiqui? ^^

In answer to fleder moss's question, I play relatively fast games on KGS (heibai). I am only 2k and I
think I will be 3k again soon if I keep playing as badly as I have been
    lately (sigh).

I don't know how to do that but feel free to download it and repost it with Spanish subtitles if you want. Maybe add the link to the Spanish version here when you are done? Thanks for your interest.

Thanks for your positive feedback! It would be great to deal with Alpha Go, etc. but I suspect my film making days are over. It is just too expensive/time consuming. Again, though, I appreciate your kind words.

Chinese and Japanese don't have much respect to Go. Korean players have been the best in the world. Even today, rank 1 player Shin jin seo has unreal rating and win ratio. But he earns way less than best in Japanese or Chinese. If it was football, it's like prime Messi having 1/10th salary than Spanish player in La Liga. While Go is the most beautiful game, the sponsors need better education.
