When I worked at Pak Mail - I had a couple in my 10+ years there need a COD payment from UPS - The customer already new what the amount was for both and had a certtified check ready for me to give to driver so I could release. Fast forward to now...Since i've been working at The Shipping Store in the 8+ years Ive been here We have had no COD attempts - We do not even offer COD because of how much of a pain it is to do for us and for driver. Keep up the good work there buddy :) Love your videos. They give us some ideas here in Southern Maryland to try and do to help out our business :) Shawn

Let’s hope not many more come in because it seems to be a hassle for the delivery drives also. Best of luck to you guys down in MD with holiday season. Not at this time. We only accept Amazon packages. We don’t do returns at this time. There’s a Whole Foods around the corner from us that accepts the returns.
