Ah, yes! The good ol’ Bob Ross set. I started out with that the same way. One thing I wish I knew that I will share with you, is to store your brushes upside down with the bristles facing the floor when done painting. This will ensure that any excess paint residue doesn’t seep down into the brush ferrules and they’ll last longer. So there’s a little bonus for ya. Happy painting to you and thank you for the support 👍
@@Kennysgreasypaint Thanks for the heads up lol. I finally was able to get the highlights on my mountain last night where they looked nice. So really happy about that hehe.
Most definitely! I only made this a quick one because unfortunately I don’t have much time to edit this month. But I also didn’t want to capitalize too much off of work that isn’t my own. So I thought this would be a good little video to upload until my next full painting 😊
Hi Again Kenny I saw And Heard you Talk about Brush Cleaner could You Tell us Your brush Cleaner solution ?? I saw That You are A musician ,I have Been playing Guitar Since 1965 Christmas and Building HOTRODS Thank ...
Yeah the brush cleaner I use is a non-toxic indoor safe and friendly solvent. Amazon has this one called ‘US Art Supply Brush cleaner’. If you look it up, it’s a blue bottle. I have yet to try that myself but based on what I read, I’m interested. Also, the Alexander art company recommends using a certain mixture of dish soap and vegetable oil. But yeah, I’ve been playing guitar since 2001 and the band I’m in has been around since 2011. That’s our song you hear at the end credits of my videos.
