I'd save all that crap so when you are forced to put it all back on you have it. I'm with you on every mod except the spark arrester. Only because its very dry where I live. That little screen would need to be looked at regularly so it doesn't get clogged. I imagine someone must sell a better forest approves spark arrester.
only taking off the midle filter section in the muffler is enough ?? what about the triangular thingy in the cap ? is that necessary? awesome clip mate
Hi buddy, all new bikes in the Uk should be PDi’d liked this. Once the emissions/fuel evap is is taken off the bikes ecu is unlocked and then flashed with the most up to date GasGas/KTM map for that bike. No additional tuner is needed or added.
can i assume that the procedure for the 350 is the same? I picked up 2 bikes on friday from a dealer and both still had the restrictor between the end can and midpipe. i haven't checked the rest yet.
@@richards0170 that’s ok at least you are covered with warranty if it needs to go back and not right. There are grey imports out there at the mo with no official warranty back up from bike shops that look official but aren’t. 👍🏻

Blimey, amazing how many component there are on a bike purely to stifle its performance! Regulations!!! Informative vid, nice one Robbo👍

Thanks for sharing great content / May I ask if you remapped or added a ECU tuner on the bike after removing the emission system? Thanks

Is this just on the Euro Spec Bikes or is this also for the US Bikes?
Is it same for ktm enduro four strokes?

Exactly the same. Was the bike from an official GasGas Dealer?

Has this bike got good power standard. Or do u need to change exhaust thanks
Good power standard UK not sure about other countries on there emission rules.
Is this still the case for the 2023 model?
Yes derestricted a GasGas 350f 2023 a couple of weeks ago. 250 etc all need doing.
Hey, #3:54 this is the canister? Filter carbon active?
Charcoal filter
Maybe you can crack the bloody bass up a little louder next time fellas
hello, for ktm 350 xcf - w 2021 (american version)
Would it be the same procedure to get more performance?
I’m not sure how the American XCF is set up out of the box.
Is it the same for the gasgas mc 250f 2023 edition ? Great video!
No MC bikes are track only so do not have emissions restrictions
Als no restrictions in the exhaust ?
And also, am i then not able to make this mc bike street legal if i wanted to?
@@Robinhooddd999 depends on where you live and if you can get a registration plate.
Are all these parts included with the bike from new ?
UK yes but they are useless to anyone.
@@RobboRobinson I meant the derestricted parts like the little block off plug for the o2 sensor wiring, is there also an exhaust bung included?
@@Booki89 those are the parts we take off. In the PDi box that comes with the bike is the plugs and a few screws.
@@RobboRobinson what does PDI mean ? I'm guessing the bikes come with all those items so it can be run "off-road" .

How exactly did u remove the mesh cap?
Which year of bike do you have ? The 2022 bikes have a different mesh?
