Great video. Thanks. Can I suggest an edit? At 20 mins you talk about buying ' cheap ' functioning expensive phones from people who found them, locked. I have an ethical issue with that and I suspect that in many parts of the world there are regulations at least about reporting these devices. Eg where I live you do need a second hand dealer's license if onselling a 2nd hand product , not just parts, but a whole item. That way there is some tracking and tracing of these transactions for full disclosure. The reason I suggest the edit is that I can tell from your body language that you are an honest guy and that buying potentially lost or stolen goods and then profiting from them does not feel good/right. I'm happy for you to delete this message. I'm saying this in both enquiry and gratitude for your video. Like I said, different parts of the world have different standards and protocols for businesses. 😊

One on one training sounds ideal when creating a new business. I feel it gives you a leg up on the competition in addition to avoiding costly mistakes. However, I can't afford $500 for your training and no offense I don't see how you can justify charging that much. This video was very informative and provided great insight into this business though. I will definitely check out your other videos. Thanks man. Take care!
" I can't afford $500 for your training and no offense I don't see how you can justify charging that much." let me put something in perspective for you that may change your mind. I don't know this youtuber, but I am pro business and I have my own business doing something else. I'll try to keep my comment organized so it's easier to digest and not a bunch of paragraphs. Your main ideas are, you can't afford $500 and you don't see him providing $500 in value for his session. A-Not being able to afford $500 1-Affordability is highly subjective. What this means is, it's hard to pin down what is affordable and what is not because everyone situation is different 2-Being that everyone's situation is different, you shouldn't assume you need to have $500 upfront RIGHT NOW to pay for something. You should figure out the possibilities to get $500 to pay if you really want something. For example, most people factually are NOT frugal spenders. We, if you live in a thriving country, tend to overspend or buy things we don't really need weekly or monthly but we rarely sit and do cost analysis on how much we spend dollar by dollar to gain an understanding of how much money we actually waste via a calculated budget. If you did a budget and fond you overspend $50 a month, it would take you 10 months of saving to pay $500 for his session. That's what responsible people actually do. Also, there are things you could do for extra income, or simply skip out on things you like to do that is not needed to make that 10 months, shorter, such as Chores if you are a teen who can't work, odd jobs for your neighbors, sell some possessions you don't need or want anymore or work some extra hours if you do work. Smoking cigarettes or drinking alcohol, or daily coffee buys are 3 of the most common ways to waste money week after week for many people. B-$500 is not justified 1-Knowledge is free, you have a choice to pay or if you think it is better learning hands on from a teacher/experienced person tend to be better. 2-Value is subjective, but also it has to be looked at from the perspective of what you gain from learning what you are paying for vs the upfront cost. We tend to look at stuff vs our feelings and not logic. $500 may seem like a lot to you, but what do you get if you are taking this seriously? the ability to create an entire business than can earn you a salary+ So for $500, you can end up earning $50,000 or more per year running your own repair service. Even if you do this on the side and only gain like $1000 a month plus having a job, are you logically going to say $500 was not worth it? Above is how people SHOULD evaluate things. I can't force people to think this way, but that's how we should value things and look at cost of services and sessions etc. This is a logical and informed method of thinking vs a feelings method of thinking; going point by point to see what makes sense.
Exactly what @dr jonesey said. Thanks for your comment and i hope everything is going well for you. Im here to help you grow if you decide to join our team even at our $40 training! 911gadgets.com/cellphonerepairtraining
Very helpful video thank you. I had a question. What do you do with a good lcd under a cracked glass? can you take it to place where they put a new glass and frame or can that be done by yourself or should I just sell it to a recycling company? Let me know what you recommend
Hey Nicholas! Thanks for watching and for your comment. I prefer just selling it to a parts company and getting the cash or credit. Easier, faster. However, you can also pay a refurbishing company to put a new glass on the good lcd (usually use same frame) and usually profit about $50-$60 more than selling it (but you have to wait a day or a few days for it to be done). Now, if you wanna spend some time (takes alot of practice you'll probably break the first 2-4 LCDs while learning) and money on the stuff you need to refurbish it yourself, you can profit over $100 more than selling it or having someone refurbish it for you. Just depends if you wanna take the time (anywhere from 30 minutes to 1hr) to refurbish it for that extra $100. I choose not to because in 1 hr i can make more than $100. It all depends on each persons situation. If you're not too busy, or not currently making that much money doing whatever you're doing, and have no other means of doing something else (i.e. iphone back glass replacements are good, fast and easy now with laser, etc), then go for it.

Hey! Thanks for watching! Im glad it helped you. I usually buy phones THAT cheap from people who dont know how to unlock them. And include your phone number. Thanks for subscribing! Hope to see you in our FB group!

Hi.. thank you for your video. I am getting a blue screen on my LG G3. I purchased this new and it has never been opened. But I can't get the 12 screws to back out.. I have the correct Philips and the screws spin but that's all.. I assume the manufacture stripped them and this phone is toast. I see there is a fix for this issue... but I can't find any info in getting these screws out. Will you have any suggestions in getting these screws out? Thank you kindly. I would appreciate any help.

A-Not being able to afford $500
1-Affordability is highly subjective. What this means is, it's hard to pin down what is affordable and what is not because everyone situation is different
2-Being that everyone's situation is different, you shouldn't assume you need to have $500 upfront RIGHT NOW to pay for something.
B-$500 is not justified
1-Knowledge is free, you have a choice to pay or if you think it is better learning hands on from a teacher/experienced person tend to be better.
@@drjonesey5 Thank you thank you thank you!! I love your explanation and you absolutely hold valid points. Hope you are well.

I want to do this so bad i work away from my family months at a time gadgets are my thing id love to set me up a shop i need help ive never worked on this stuff but id love it i need to get a llc first im going to try it when established i want the training

amazing vid bro i watched everything, you have earned a subscriber
and by the way where did you buy the iPhone 7s from and was they brand new, refurbished or broken?
Hey! Thanks for watching! Im glad it helped you. I usually buy phones THAT cheap from people who dont know how to unlock them. People get scared when they have a locked phone in there hands so they sell them for cheap. Just post ads on facebook market place, offer up, craigslist, and on your car that say we buy phones. And include your phone number. Thanks for subscribing! Hope to see you in our FB group!
