Valve make it only to challenge those and they failed because pubg and fortnite both are battle royale and different categories games

Unpopular opinion : CSS >> 1.6 in term of gameplay, let alone the graphic
Just smaller hit boxes and it’s perfect :) it’s csgo without the crappy movement
Lol even CSGO(specifically, the old one before movement got changes) has a better movement and feel much more dynamic than 1.6 and the delay aren't too much long when jumping compared to 1.6 :-)

@@Onche518 if you talking about the 1.3 version of CS, then you're right. But 1.6? Hell no. With the delay movement for a second after jumping, pretty much fucked over the movement. Which is why to me 1.3 was the best version of CS. The spray iteration & movement were better. Not 1.6 actually. 1.5 fucked the movement and then 1.6 totally fucked the spray. 1.3 was where it's at best.
This one was the game i grew up with the i was used to the awp then but the awp on csgo is just different
The way that most of thoses player are french, they all played on the same team once, they come to cs go and still be among the best teams

There are still some online servers now. I played this game recently but honestly speaking I was kicked out of the game for being afk (when I was not) on an online server. So, I had to play offline matches with bots. Ah, the hard bots are hard enough for me in this game. I had played different versions of CS but this game has really challenging bots. They often kill me with a headshot.

Ahhh good old source hit boxes.
the hitboxes weren't that bad with good internet, but it seemed like you had to shoot behind people sometimes with a poor connection. that said, demos from the server i.e. ESEA and other clients that record all POV tend to make the shots look very delayed. player POV demos recorded on the local machine do not look like this, even when rendered in video.

me too 😭, used to play everyday on supreme-elite in europe then on plaguefest when the night would fall... jurassic park, stargate, star wars, predator, lotr, minecraft, potc, portal, half-life, sewers, mario, paper_escape, ze_30seconds 🤣🤣....everybody was having a good time, despite the edge warriors 😇or the rickrolling Rick Astley himself (on ze_fapescape if I remember right?) 😂... The csgo ze mod made me quit, items are too strong, no need to shoot, zombie speed is too low and the jump too short compared to humans... but hey nothing lasts for ever ! So many memories 🥰!

Counter Strike Source's demos don't have recoil for some reason. Global Offensive fixed this.

The best game ever (but v34) that took my childhood with such amazing memories and people, even on my bad those times computer I had 150 FPS 5x5 ESL game with anti-cheat, so smooth. Unfortunately was so underrated for pro scene. Css times it’s when we’re so many moviemakers that made so unbelievable movies and loved that they do. Everyone knows what gamebanana is, not everyone, but knows what is sourceradio.
Cs go is shit in everything: shooting, guns sounds, maps and their textures, no custom weapons models, no bunnyhop for just community like it was in css (was fixed by zblock for competitive games, but for community we had!)
Valve just destroyed my emotions those times when they literally killed css (by Hidden Path company) in 2010 and 1 year after shipped a decent cs go game and completely for my opinion destroyed it later (because at the start it was more like css).
Look at even new programmers at Valve and compare css and cs go, cs go is so laggy, bugged and making for money only, css was made with love by great old school programmers and perfect map designers.
New players will never fill those emotions that we had as community in css, never...
