- A full build video on every modification completed on this cusytom yamaha TW200 tracker.
This ugly duckling underwent a huge transformation both with perfpormance upgrades and big visual changes.
The striking electric blue frame and accent pieces give the bike a modern touch, while the wierd and wonderful elongated swing arm and host of other hand built touches set this custom bike apart from the crowd.

Hey mate this was a generic tank we had laying around the shop. Maybe search on eBay.
Nice work, will you please let me know what is the tire size - front n rear. Rim size - 17 but need to know the tire size.

How does that extended swingarm affect the handling? I understand it had it already, but it's the one item that doesn't completely work for me. Love the build overall, though. Looks like fun!
It makes it a little slower to steer but the bike is so light you can wrestle it just fine!

The gages need to be out in front of you to prevent ever taking your eyes off the road... Those side mounted gages are dangerous. Otherwise, a solid build.
We take risks every day as motorcyclists, this one is just to add a little edge to your commute 😅

You can buy the rims and have the spokes made to lace up yourself, or find a local wheel builder that’s close to you.

I didnt build the swing arm so I'm not sure sorry.
What happened around the corners or turns u seem scared .. .
But loved the bike though

Considering the bike lives in the middle of the city, I have to disagree. If you rode the bike you would understand.

Seat height way to tall.... don't like bar stool seat....bike looks really akward.,...wheel base too long due to swing arm to long. Love the blue color!

engine too weak for the tire and the long wheel base, if engine matched the looks it would have drifted on those corners.......
Hell yeah, maybe a big 450 MX bike motor would make her drift haha
