Sung by the Kampen Boys Choir (NL) on Christmas Eve 2018 during A Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols.

I don’t know what restrictions the people of Holland are living under, but I sincerely hope we will be treated to some recordings from the choir’s Festival of Lessons and Carols this year. Think we all need some cheerful news. Look forward to seeing them in London in 2021 if they are allowed to visit.
Dear Artful, On Christmas Eve at 8.30 P.M (Local time G.M.T +1) we are broadcasting our traditional Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols 2020 on this channel. The choir sings this year unfortunately in an almost empty Bovenkerk in Kampen.....In 2021 (August 14-21) we hope that we are allowed to visit Westminster Abbey London and see you again!

I note some of these boys are quite small, especially those wearing red robes. May I know at what age do these boys start to receive musical training?
The boys wearing red robes only are probationers. They are about to complete their training and become a full member of the choir. That's when they are allowed to wear the white surplices, just like the other boys. Most of the boys start their musical education at the Kampen Boys Choir at the age of 7 or 8 years.
