Scratching for a variety of edible fish species using light tackle. Using live prawn and pink prawn!

With the swell up and the sea rolling really nicely, I thought I would take out the light tackle scratching setup to see what different species I can catch using smaller baits and hooks. the main targeted specie was Bronze bream but I was unsuccessful in getting a bronze bream bite. I eventually ended up catching a variety of species but not a bronze bream.

In my opinion, go for an assassin slayer surf 14' Medium you are able to throw 3-5oz with it perfect for surf and rocks.
Pair it up with a 6000 or 7000 reel such like a Rovex 6000
Depending where you buy it all this can be below or even 3000 here in Mosselbay area
