I'm a 68 yo male diagnosed with stage 3 rectal cancer on January 5, 2024. I started chemotherapy using Folfox on Monday, March 4th with a tumor size of 26.0. In addition, I started Fenbenzadole 222mg daily beginning on March 1, 2024. Within two weeks, Monday, March 18th, my tumor shrinks to the size of 8.14. Was it the Folfox, Fenbenzadole or both????

Isn’t it possible that you could select the patients who are likely to have to have ccr to TNT based on CTdna or genomic signature.

My cousin got rectal cancer, and the doctors told him you need a complete removal like amputation and he’s not happy about it and they’re not giving other options. He has stage one cancer, he should have more options to fight this disease.

For stage one even a local excision could be an alternative in certain cases..
