This looks so good! I’ve been looking at a lot of modular conversions of this set and I think this may be my favourite. Will you be creating instructions? Would gladly pay for them.
Awesome!🔥 The way you break down the process is very cool and can help people that are maybe nervous about trying to build their own MOC! great space usage and I love the tiles on the 1st floor!
Love the build. Good thing she keeps you on track.😬 I have been thinking about going modular with this set. I may use some of your ideas. Thanks from Canada 👍🎶😎🇨🇦
Great city and great display. I love the combination of the museum close to the brickbank. You could call the rats on the top of the Parisian restaurant Ratatouille 😅 Do you keep the set's boxes ? It needs a lot of Space... And which type of New leaf element would you like to see ?
"Just one set, filling in the rest of the pieces from our collection" 😂 I mean it be absurd nor to use them but that's pretty far from being just one set Looks great though!
Much cheaper than buying a second one! Gotta stay on budget. Still, I'm not sure how many extra pieces I ended up using. My goal is to make some instructions to find that out.

I agree. This is the best conversion I have seen of this set.
Thanks for the complement! I'm hoping to create some instructions, perhaps next month. I'll do a community post when they're up on Rebrickable.
Loved it. And subscribed! It’s great that you do this with your daughter. She never forget these! Great job!
Solid design. Pretty realistic.

Thanks! I'm glad it was helpful and that you enjoyed it.
Amazing! Instructions to be waited…
Impressive build. I would love to see you add another level with the toilet. Keep up the good work!
Great conversion and nice use of parts. Good job ;-)
That looks awesome, well done
Great build! And refering to a room under the stairs as "Harry Potter style" genuinely made me giggle for the last two hours :;D

Very nice!
Have the instructions been posted on rebrickable?
No, no.. no!
I need to stop watching Lego Modular videos! My wallet will not survive if I switch from Minecraft building to Lego!
Beautiful build!
Wow, just wow. It looks amazing. Keep this up guys!
Thank you! Will do!

How about you replace the window you had trouble with by making it a balcony?
