Really nice boat, great condition and nicely fitted out. You'll enjoy that one. I'd add some rubber matting in the floor for protection.

Wow what a lovely little boat. I had a merry fisher 580 had some of the best days of my life on that boat. Only tip I have for you is keep on top of the cleaning, makes a huge difference. Look forward to the new videos.

@@SouthysFishingit was my dream boat so I’m fortunate to have had a good few years with it. She was moored up at newhaven.

Cracking little boat man clean as,, I'm sure it'll serve you well,, done a lot of fishing in small boats 14 to 16 footers and there's nothing better,, only thing I would do is box the battery and petrol tanks out of sight and harms way ,, cheers 👍🎣

Ps I wouldn't bother antifouling it.youl never stop the barnicals on it and it's easier to clean of gelcoat every couple of months pul it out on your trailer

@SouthysFishing my mate paid a fortune for copper coating it never stopped it fouling up.with a planing Hull if your using it once a week and it's waxed befor you put it in the speed on the plain should knock any muck off the Hull or in the summer you can beech it on the sand on the edge of a tide and scotch pad it off if you don't want to trailer it out.
Unsure if you have a water separator if not that is a priority
Bit small for a mooring tho
Only mooring it so I can go out before work without having hassle to launch the trailer as the slips here are not the best or close 👌

Beautiful boat mate.amazing how much space you have on a 16ft boat .all you ever need and high sides aswell,where are you thinking of moving it ? It looks like your in worthing/ LA.
Thank you mate, yeah that was something I was surprised about how high the sides are. I wanted to put it in Shoreham as it’s only 5 mins from me but it’s full and I’m on a waiting list, so it’s either LA or Brighton.
@SouthysFishing littlehampton mariner is nice but your gonna pay about £2500 I recon unless you go inside on the less desirable mooring probley 1800
@@peteramberley9952 yeah it worked out around £180 a month la, £200 Shoreham or £235 Brighton
Don't antifoul it just put back on the trailer and clean the hull . Once you start antifouling it has to be done every year and i am sure your regret it in the end
Yeah this is an option I am thinking about, I can’t stand the thought to sand it and antifoul!!

Don't antifoul it de values your boat get an antifoul wrap as it protects the boat yet it can be removed
