Just got one recently. Made my first smaller loaf yesterday. I set it for French bread (4) because I wanted something plain. Crust set at medium. The loaf came out perfect - didn’t expect that on 1st try. I did add a 1/4 tsp of water when it was kneading since it looked and felt a little dry - then dough pulled away from bowl exactly as it should. I did weigh the flour and water and added ingredients as specified in the manual. Great bread maker. It’s compact too, easy to store or tuck into a kitchen corner.
What is set #20.Homemade for? Is it for building your own program or is it just to simulate "homemade" bread? According to the timetable for the presets, it has no-zero times of all steps. How to use it?
When. I pull the bread out the blade is baked in the loaf and I have to pull it out of my bread and then theres a giant hole. Any recommendations on how to fix that?
This is such a waste of money! instead, add those ingredients into a BOWL mx until together for 2 minutes then put in a cast iron pot.(Duch Oven) cover and leave it to rest while you sleep....in the morning put the whole thing still covered in the oven for 20 minutes remove the top of the pan and cook for 5 more minutes. DONE easy peasy and didn't cost you hundreds you would have to bake for decades to make up for the cost of his useless machine don't waste your money
I made bread while watching umm a lot of work for what? something that mixes it? this is such a waste instead add those ingredients into a BOWL mx until together for 2 minutes then put it in a cast iron pan cover and leave it to rest while you sleep the cast iron pot is called a Dutch oven (if you don't have one any oven safe pot is fine .....in the morning put the whole thing sill covered in the oven for 20 minutes remove the top of the pan and cook 5 more minutes. DONE easy peasy and didn't cost you hundreds you would have to bake for decades to make up for the cost of his useless machine they saw you coming dear
I recently got this machine and it’s so simple! All I do is put ingredients in, the machine takes care of the rest of mixing ingredients, kneads, has the right temperature to allow the dough to rise and bake the bread!
Great video! Just bought this exact model for my neighbor (even the same color). You break it all down very simply! Thanks!

I just got mine and I am excited. I can’t wait to make bread.
Very helpful. Yikes!!! I’m gonna make me some sourdough bread 😊

You might want to mention that it has 2 heating elements, unlike older machines, which makes a better/even bake.
So you don’t need to pull the dough out and temp the blade?
Lovely machine. Thank you for sharing.
no problem!

What setting do I use if I only want to make 'dough' for french bread? The only option I see is 'toast dough' and 'pizza dough'?
i think he said use the knead option

no there is not much you can do as that is needed for the mixing stage. It's an issue with every bread maker that does the whole process for you
You can take it out before the baking process
See Jennifer’s reply. Just push the dough to the side and remove the paddle, then let it continue on.
Aonde encontro essa maquina de pão para comprar. Dá para pedir para a Amazon ? Where can I buy this bread machine ? Perhaps by Amazon ?

I’m exhausted just reading that. This machine is fantastic! I love using it in the summer when turning on my oven is not ideal.
