Assembly: Note: preemptively glue pieces before placing on project • Cut facial features out of material (felt) - 2 bean sized eyes, approximately 1 inch, 1 mouth, and 4 thin rectangular strips •Glue eyes vertically on R14 & R15 (8 sts apart) Note: Where the colors change and the decrease starts. •Glue mouth on R12 & R13. Line whiskers with lower mouth line and corner of eyes by using stitches as grid line, do last set in alignment with previously glued whiskers but with one visual stitch grid between and parallel to eachother. When threading drawstrings find the grid besides the whisker and follow it vertically for both sides. Note: Using needle (tapestry) is efficient. Create single knots on both sides by twisting ends on finger and pulling end through to tighten. Pull paw piece over end of drawstring and weave to secure. Find starting stitch on paw, and threat embroidery yarn through to create claws, tie both ends together and push into project to secure. Sew the ears between R17 and 22. Pull thread below where it’s aligned, from right to left, then through loops on lower part of the ear.
I really like the way you note which color to use noted on the screen. It would be great if others followed your method. I will be making these for sure. Thank you. Oh and your music is VERY easy to listen to as well.
Thank you so much for this lovely tutorial! As a beginner it really helped so much that you often stopped to show us the stitch and what things should look like at certain points. I love my cat bag! If any other beginners follow this tutorial, I wish I would have used worsted weight yarn instead of sport. The material section of the video and description shows 4ply but I think they might be using worsted weight (I could be wrong though I'm new to crocheting).
Sport-weight yarns are too thin for this project. Some of the 4-ply yarns come in different sizes. The milk cotton 4-ply yarn I used is between sizes 2 and 3.(I bought it from Aliexpress)😊
OhMyGoodness!! How adorable!! I refer to these cats as 'Marlboro Cats', due to the inverted V at the top of their heads (lol) I'm going to make one in black and white, I had a cat named Jessi that was one with the inverted V. (She originally was named Jesse James, as she would steal/borrow things and hide them... but then we found out she was a she, not a he, so named changed to Jessi
Absolutely loved the tutorial but I'm struggling with the gluing part. None of the glues that I've tried works, I even bought the same as you but it doesn't work either. Any advice ?
Bravo bravo 👏👏 Trop trop mignon 🥰 Merci beaucoup pour le partage de votre travail 🙏 Très bien expliqué avec cette petite flèche très très utile! J’adore😍 Merci encore
I love this design what you are doing and what the directions are, are two different things. it says sc6 and I've counted from your stitch marker to when you hold it up and I can see 8 or nine stiches you've made before you started to inc. Have you considered talking and explaining what you are doing while you work. First few rounds I'm just going around and inc until I get the total st count. BUT with round 5 I keep coming up with 38 sts not 44. Am I not reading this correctly? 3 sc, inc, sc 6 = 10sts, then ( sc 3,inc)x3 = 12sts ( total so far 22sts) plus 11 sc =33 sts, inc =34 sts , then another 3 scs with an inc is 4 more sts = 38 total sts. NEVER MIND I GOT IT! EVERY 1 INC IS CONSIDERED 2...11+15=26+13=39+5 =44 So instead of adding a st in the last st its 2 extra sts in the nxt st. 🤦♀

Hello. For R7-R14, does that mean 50 stitches per row?
Yes
@@danielleldesigns Thanks! 🌻
Can but the thickness is different
Sem legenda é difícil .para fazer a base .,mas é um trabalho muito lindo obrigada
You need to make the numbers for the rows bigger
🦉🧵❤🛎️
Preciso em português por favor
Better to stick with 3 4 5 ply
Muy bonitas, pero en ese idioma no entiendo nada.
Descarga una tabla de abreviaturas de crochet, y así te puedes guiar. Sc = punto bajo, etc
Why am I always missing stitches I count N do exactly and I’m two stitches less also instructions so confusing
bc u dummy
You are not alone~~😂
