there is a level of physics, engineering, artistry and mathematics that go into each of these renders and it's so cool to watch them minute after minute.
Especially at 0:40
The interesting part is how the different curves in the rotating part in the middle change the position of the marbles. To stay at a constant pace, the marbles in the longer curves have to move faster than the ones in the shorter ones, leaving the artifact of the marbles being spaced differently depending on how much each marble's speed changed
The smooth transition at the start, though. That's the creme a la creme. The one between 3:26 and 3:27, too.

@@bernardcharest7292 they don’t have to be perpetual, maybe battery powered to keep them in motion. No idea if it’s actually possible or practical to make these irl for fairly low costs, but I hope it is because they’re cool
@@whwhwhhwhhhwhdldkjdsnsjsks6544 alot of these arnt possible as its being animated to move this way, though it seems possible alot of these are defying physics and inertia though are pleasing.
@@DeathxStrike18 yes, these wouldn’t work quite like these do in real life, since perpetual motion isn’t a thing, but I feel like if it could be somewhat motorised and using magnets then many of these would be possible to construct.

At 4:27 if you scrub through the video using your J and L keys, you create an almost perfect cut of the loop.
The music makes it even better for some reason lol
All of this looks great and is kinda relaxing. However, I did notice a slight mistake on this one at 3:57. The sides of the green metallic ball flip when it goes to the right. I did check to see if the others did that, but no. Only the green one. But hey, mistakes happen.

@@rinrin4711 the middle-ish (?) ball. All balls are half metallic half coloured. There's the half orange (also metallic so I think bronze?), half pink (with a slight bumpy texture if I'm not mistaken) and half (matt) dark green ball which Krewlex refers to. Indeed there's a slight animation error when it goes to the right but I just think it was something that accidentally happened when animation was looped. Still looks nice tho

Some of the physics weight sont feel right and some of the sounds can be graiting, but texturing and alot of the animations are great

It would definitely be cool if someone made a clock with 4:28 for a pendulum. I’d sit there all day just to watch it tick.
