Thank you for making this video. Very inspirational! I really needed to hear this, so i'm glad i watched it! My dream for a long time has been to make a living online, to be able to quit my job. I was in quite exhausting relationship for 3 and half years but it's over now so i have more energy to chase my dreams. I already have somewhat decent crypto portfolio but i need to spend more time on it and get better at it so i have higher change on succeeding. I'll try to achieve the same thing that you have achieved. Also i was thinking of learning to day trade so i could be able to pay my bills and the swing trading/long term holding, long term goal would be to hopefully achieve financial freedom or get close it at least. Excited for what to future has to offer, thanks!
I achieved financial freedom investing in high dividend stocks, in 5 years you can retire in Brazil if you have a relative high income. Focus on financial stocks such as large banks, insurance companies and utilities. I did it myself and it worked.
@@jeffinphoenix 35. Investing for long period every month (5 years) on high quality stocks (high stable dividends is a must). This strategy does work in Brazil because stocks are always cheap.

This is very helpful. I feel like most people who give advice on investing, always make it too complex and convoluted. This is a very simple and easy to understand method, with some good examples. Anyone could try dipping their toes in the investment world with something like this. Great video! Would love to see you go in more detail about your strategy.
...I'm from Santos(a iconic city in Brazil) but I been living in America since 1988..currently in Williston, N.D. . What's the background story of choosing Brazil?...and where are you living in Brazil ?...I do trading too.
The BTD crowd is going to be in for a rude awakening, the last 15 years have made it "seem soooo easy". Jim Rogers talks about this a lot. Once the markets dump here, the passive investing and etf crowd is going to find the road rocky ahead.
I really enjoyed this video. I'd love to hear more about your trading strategy i.e. what tools you use to assess companies and to set up alerts when the prices fall/go up, what trading platform, how to deal with IR in Brazil, etc.
Hej. My name is Denis and I lived in the beautiful Göteborg for a couple of years, it's really cool watching your video and see a Swede living in Brazil, I'm really enjoying your channel. I've got very interested about the content of this video and your investment strategy. I've tried to look for materials about swing trading, however most of them talk about short term investments (days or few weeks) which is not what I'm interested in. Do you have any material that you could point me that talks about swing trading more aligned with you medium/long term strategy? Hej då, tack så mycket.
I did another video about swing trading recently th-cam.com/video/h2DooEawpao/w-d-xo.html. I will do more videos soon. If you search for buy the dip investing you might have more luck.
Once again, a great video! You're an eye-opener, and I'm definitely going to look into this further. Do you have any TH-cam channels or websites you'd recommend? Also, could you share the list of your investments, as long as it doesn't negatively affect you? Feel free to share!
I really like Benzinga who do a live broadcast everyday on youtube talking about the stock market. Also Whitney Tilson's Daily is great, he sends an email everyday to subscribers for free about stocks.
I invested in C&A when it was down and all experts recommended against it, in the end I made 2-3x because it had well fundamentals. Now I'm thinking of investing in the top 20 crypto currencies by market cap.
I use US, EU and brazilian brokers. I pay taxes on worldwide income/capital gains in Brazil and swedish tax on swedish income (but there is double tax relief so I don't pay tax twice on my income)
@@nordicinvestor thanks for your reply. I prefer to keep my broker in Europe if France have a double tax relief with Brazil as EURO is stronger but tax is lower in Brazil.
Here in Spain (valencia), cost of life for 2 childfree 40y old under 1000e/month but we have buy cash a flat end of 2022. Target one country with less taxes as possible for my US dividends and 0 taxes for a little side business (youtube, patreon....).
I'm doing the opposite, I'm moving from bento gonçalves (brazil) to dublin in ireland because i have no purpose here, if i get a job i won't be payed enough for it to be worth it I was fortunate enough to be born with smart, good and rich parents I could live in brazil with my investments in the future but I'm not finding a purpose in life I'll see how it goes and if i will stay in brazil or ireland in the future

Love this. Thanks for sharing. Looking forward to a more detailed strategy video with screen sharing.
👍
Welldone.
I m doing the same way.
I like Brazilian small caps,
Best wishes from São Paulo
do you like Petrobras, cash machine of dividends ?
Brazilian small cap have good potential
I'm not so optimistic about small caps, Brazil used to have higher returns on large banks, insurance, utilities, and commodities.
I like AGRO3.

How difficult was it for you adapting to the language? I'm Brazilian and I know not many of us can speak fluent English, much less Swedish.
It took a number of years to learn to speak Portuguese, it was not easy!
