I kitted up my daughter's project while you worked on this one. She had the bags just cut open and lying around like a barbarian!
This made me chuckle. One of my daughters is the same.

It’s good that it came with bags for the extra diamonds
Suggestion: to put the colour numbers on the bottles, go to a stationary store and purchase alphabet and number stickers. They sell tiny ones that will fit. They are easy to remove when setting up the next picture bottles. Any kits I have bought do not have sticker letters. I have a metal funnel about 2 inches across for transferring the crystals from bags to bottles or from tray back to bottle. I love how you explain the steps. You are so organized.

I generally use the tray that has the little orange piece you can take in and out. The funnel makes it harder as its too narrow. Its much easier to have the one with the little door on it.

I have this painting.I actually won it in a TH-cam giveaway around when Dreamer Designs launched their 2.0 paintings last year. It was fate though because this image has so much meaning to me personally. I'm so happy to someone else working on it!

It’s very pretty with all those different oranges in it. I might have been tempted to get it, or even a different one, but it seems they only sell squares. That leaves me out. A lot of my kits that have ABs use the same dmc number as the original with AB after it. Some, like DAC kits, the ABs are any numbers under 150.

That was fun...so many beautiful colors. I did Winters Song from DD (42 colors) and the drills did have a lot of trash in them, but they were good and no popping. Some of my symbols were a little unclear, but mostly I didn't like that they used so many similar to each other (triangle to the left, triangle to the right, etc). But overall, I had a great time working on it and it was gorgeous when it was finished. I hope you thoroughly enjoy this one. Thank you so much for sharing!

I got them from older scrapbooking kits, but if you search mesh bags on Amazon, you'll find loads. :)

I am a almost 8 years old and I worked on a diamond painting for a two 2 1/2 hours and it took so long to do just a little part
It does take time, but enjoy the process, no matter how long it takes.
I watched someone kit up one with over 220 colors 😮
It's epic that's for sure. My HAED has 239 colours and it took quite a while.
dreamer designs inventory is a sticker.......just hard to get it started!! Also i had trouble with blurred /faded symbols and had to get their charting file.....they will send it if you have trouble

@@valeriehandmadewithheart i am doing a small dreamer design for the advent calendar and when i did the inventory sticker i had to rub up and down the strip several times before i could get a thin object in to start it. When i got it started, i lifted up the bottom and cut only the inventory numbers off and left the symbol and DMC portion still attached to underlying sheet. Then I had an easy removal of stickers when i cut each one like Rebecca does on her xyron sticker sheets. it was easy to hold onto the underlying sheet and then peel off individual combos of symbol and DMC. Hope that helps you too.

You didn’t have to put it in the label maker, they were already stickers. All you had to do is to rip the back off. I just finished kitting mine up.
I couldn't get the back off when I tried.
Lol they weren’t easy to get off. Maybe next time, I’ll do the same as you did.

It's like a thick paper and it's waxy on both sides.

Can you please tell me which diamond shape is better? Square or circle?
A lot of it is personal preference. Round is easier to start with, but squares do have a lovely look to them.

Love these cases but prefer the bigger bottles with the gold and silver lids find they are easier to get the lids off of
My daughter pinched that case for hers. I'm sure I'll get to use it eventually.

No, the yellow bag is what I use to store the diamonds in as I can never get them to fit back in the box the same.
