Hi Dinesh and Vids...as usual your food looks delish....its good to see you guys enjoying the simple pleasures of fry dry...my husband loves to fish and hunt...yeah both river and deep sea....so fry dry is almost a staple at my home...only difference...I don't flour the fish...I just season up and fry and it comes out really crunchy....so the small bones Vid was afraid of is edible because its crunchy....and it can be crumbled and mashed up easily to make a choka...add enough pepper, bandania, onions, grated garlic and mix up for a delicious fry dry choka...maybe you guys can try it some time....with a good dhal and rice you good to go...keep up the excellent work guys...

Fry dry fish dhal rice and tomatoes choker,This bring back fond memories of my grandma cooking when it's crop time reaping of the sugar cane fields ,That was food to eat then it's food to eat now ,both of you continue to showcase our culture and the food we grew up eating ,but instead of gaurva mama use to make coconut to make Chutney,yip that was always a Friday crop time lunch .
