Hey Takibo, I believe Targeted shot is actually bugged rn. You know how it takes 3 headshots to kill a majoris warrior, even when you go into cloak to pop that ability it still only puts a majoris in a finisher state after 2 headshots, with a 3rd to full kill ( 6:55 as example ). With 75% damage on 1st shot you’d think it put them in a finisher state after just 1 shot. I don’t know the numbers, but I’m under the impression the perk along with tactical ambush is currently bugged, or not showing any real improvement in damage.
That Buff alone won’t get you an Execute in Ruthless consistently. Sometimes I get the Execute in one shot and sometimes it takes 2. Usually dependent on if I have another damage buff active. Like the 20% Damage after standing stationary for 2 seconds or 25% from kill 3 or more enemies with one shot.
This build is super good but so you guys know, the stealth uptime is different when you’re playing in multiplayer. Sometimes you’re able to do a headshot kill but you’ll choose not to to let your teammates do the execution to restore shield. Specially in big groups of majoris enemies. But If you have lots of minoris or your team is super good and is not getting hit, you likely play a lot like this video.
love the videos. But the part when you were saying how the first person is misaligned is wrong, that's actually how guns are supposed to work compared to most games. Love the videos, keep up the good fight brother.
Takibo, you have overlooked a very important piece of this build. I play the same build but I have infinite sniper ammo. You need to sit below 30% health and take the corresponding perk tree talents on the sniper that gives you ammo back if you are below 30%. I think its bugged right now and everytime you switch from sniper to pistol it gives you 4 ammo instantly. It's insane. Avoid weapon talents that give you health back.
That will definitely be copping a nerf given that it's supposed to have a 30 second cooldown. Once it is nerfed there is no point to sticking to bottom tree other than the later dip for more ammo reserve.
I don’t think this will be nerfed. Everyone has been talking about nerfs on so many things. Sniper has his shortcomings as does every class. But if you have good synergy with your team the game is easy on ruthless. I feel like the developers knew this because a lot of team perks stack on top of each other and make the team really strong. The overheal on the melta guns is an actual example of something that should be nerfed because it makes medicae useless which is game breaking. Sniper is not
Tactical with Rifle with nade launcher make this so much easier. Seriously, try it finally. Sniper is great for solo but it's not Auspex on Parry + nade launcher infinite nades Tactical.

When you see the destructive potential of the heavy with its multi-melta, that can stagger majoris ennemies all day, or the bulwark that can regen HP whenever or the tactical that can have near infinite ammo. I think sniper is pretty comparable to other classes in terms of combat efficiency. And you do need that power level at max difficulty.
Glad to see the Sniper is getting the love it deserves. Are you rocking head hunter weapon perks? It seems like your headshots aren't hitting as hard as they should be.
Scaling between difficulties 2 and 3 sucks. Why do I need to do 3 to get upgrades for level 2 gear? Is it a skill issue, absolute. But I'm level 15 still running 2's. I'm good. Over it.
the shots coming lower than the crosshair is normal to an extent. in games it's not but when you use a scope in real life the bullet doesn't come out of your eyes lol. it comes out of the barrel which is lower. CS uses bullets that shoot from the "eyes" and for example pubg the bullets actually come of of the barrel. CS you can aim at any angle and the shot will hit. in pubg if you're close to a window and shoot, the bullets come out of the barrel and hit the wall but your crosshair could be on their head.

Yes i can put melee major in ecexuting state and instantly kill ranged majoris with camo cloak fusil shot

This build requires some skill the tactical and heavy classes require no skill and get more value. Hoping they don’t nerf this
At least on xbox I just use the squad invite code and it pretty much locks the lobby so you can run solo whenever you want

This would pair very well with the tacticians ULT especially since you're headshots give them cool down on it.

I don't believe the ability cd reduction happens while you're cloaked for those 2s after breaking cloak with a shot.
I see so when you break stealth it doesn't reset the cooldown to 0% but whatever amount of time you had left

if it makes you feel any better, the scaling between 3 and 4 is pretty easy so once you get past 3, you’re good
Diff 3 is basically Diff 4, except you can do it with tier 3 weapons. Tier 4 weapons make it a cakewalk.

That was a really bad mission to showcase this in, what with the sandstorms.
