Honestly, i do think doctor is one of the better change of heart holders. Shield 2 regen is pretty good, because it works proactively on full health characters so it still has value turn 1

There was a crazy cool combo you missed
You had change of heart plus rejuvenation wand, which makes two ten shield single use sides for scrapper to turn into mega damage

Wax seal only works on the same exact side. While Ludus has all same type, they don't have the same value.
