Do desh ke beech ka extradition contract tabhi valid ho sakta hai agar dono deshon me stable aur valid government ka sashan ho. Lekin Bangladesh me abhi Jo so called sarkar hai wo na to stable hai nahi legal. To aise me extradition nahi ho sakti. They have no room for bargaining aur wo aisi koi situation me hai bhi nahi jisme koi shart rakh sake India ke samne.
