Bought 6 bottles of this stuff. Excellent, whole patio done on 2 bottles (10ltr) 30+ years, that I know of, only jet washed. Now, with Monty. Clean as you like. Unfortunately some serious black spots remain. After 30+ years. Character marks 😁😁

just got 5 ltrs to try on my indian stone which had blackspot , amazing results the pressure washer is now redundant...brilliant product

Great video! Explains the process well and some good info and tips on top.
Just used MM on some badly stained and Lichened garden steps and I’m delighted with the results. I applied 2 applications to remove stubborn light/whiteish lichen but it still remains. Will it reduce over the next few weeks? Happy to send pics .

I've just bought this. Can't wait to try it out. We have been using a power jet wash for the last 10 years, which is hard work and very time-consuming. Would have been good to let the video run to see what it's like when the water has dried. Anyway, great vid, and looking forward to trying mine out using instructions from your video. Realistically how much should 5L cover? I don't usually go by what it says on the tin as it's normally a little amplified 🙂

@@MontyMiracleLtd Yes, it works. I just did my old inherited patio stones two days ago, and they look so much brighter -- as good as they'll get I'm sure. I followed the instructions to wet down nearby plants before and after the treatment, and they have all survived. I'll be making this a routine going forward.

Probably just Sodium Hypochlorite. Available much cheaper on Amazon etc.

As you have mentioned sodium hypochlorite i must say that if our solution was just sodium hypochlorite do you think we would have been able to patent it?
