I understand people saying the Satan stuff is a lot, but I don't really care about it. It's just a TV show, and if the writers want to show Satan that's fine but if the people become Satan lovers because of this and actually think they can become Sabrina with her abilities then that's on them, and them being too weak-willed enough to just follow a TV show and not think on their own.
The problem is that Christians believe that if you believe hard enough, wanting something to be true will MAKE it true, so if you WANT to have Satan powers badly enough, you will in fact have Satan-powered superpowers. Thus, making Satan seem appealing will cause people to develop Satanic superpowers. Because wanting things to be true makes them true!
@@tofu_golem I can't speak for other Christians, but it has nothing to do with believing a person can get Satanic powers by believing hard enough. It's about letting evil spirits into your life and home. I did watch some of the episode.

The show is awesome. They have LGBTQ and POC cast that aren't just token characters, for once! AND they point out misogyny. What I would have given for a show like this in my later teen years! Michelle Gomez is AMAZING and I love the aunts too. The set, the costumes... honestly one of the funnest shows to watch on Netflix.
Unfortunately, I ended up not liking any of the mortal characters either, though they did improve somewhat once their storylines became more relevant to the supernatural plot at the end.
As a member of the LGBT community, I dont think theyre implying that being homosexual is genetic. I beleive that every generation of a family most likely had a LGBT memeber. like the saying that everyone has a gay cousin, unless they are the gay cousin lol.
I, being part of the LGBTQ+ community find the representation actually intriguing. They simultaneously smother the community through the uncle's character, but then use Dorathia's sexuality as a means for trailblazing and trendsetting. So.... It nullifies itself, yet the representation of Susie is really amazing!!!! Such positive awareness for bullying and victims, especially through an LGBTQ+ character is astonishing!!! That's how I feel
I really liked how flawed they made Sabrina. She wanted to do good, but she was both naive but also arrogant in her disregard of any bad consequence of her actions. Her recklessnes was great! I was constantly going "Omg, Sabrina stop, what are you doing!"
9:02 that was a photograph of Susies ancestor though they are confusing us by implying that the Greenbale 13 and Salem wich trial happened very close together.
Personally as an openly gay man I found Susie very likeable and adorable. I kinda wish they had made her character more gender fluid or maybe even trans, as I felt it was her gender that they focused on more than her sexuality. But overall I liked her and I liked that she had a strong ancestor to look up to. But obviously I'm a gay cis man and not a gay woman.
I thought it was perfect . The show has a real dark tone and you can feel it because of the cool effects , for example in the woods , Sabrina was casting a spell and it started to blur around her. My favorite character has to be Sabrina.
The actor that plays Ambrose reminds me of Chiwetel Ejiofor. Just his mannerisms, the way he speaks, something about him, he could honestly play a younger version of him.
I WAS REALLY ANNOYED IN HOW SUSIE NEVER CAME OUT AS A TRANS GUY WHEN IT WAS SO CLEAR, HE LIKED WHEN THE GRANMA CALL HIM HANDSOME AND CALLED HIM A YOUNG MAN, HE SHOW LIKING FOR HE HIM PRONOUNS ETC, BUT HE SHOULD HAD HAD A MOMENT TO TELL HIS FRIENDS HE PREFERED HE HIM PRONOUNDS AND TO CHANGE HIS NAME ETC.
I don’t think the show necessarily was saying “LGBT is hereditary” but i did like the point that they touched on about the LGBT community ,that a lot of family members can be apart the umbrella of the community! So i did like how the show displayed that for the audience Grace!
See, I think the child is a great service to Zelda's arc. She wants to have the ideal family in service to the Dark Lord, instead she has an excommunicate, a half-witch dissenter, and a nephew under house-arrest. It would make sense then that maybe she feels like she can start again with another child.
For a split second, I thought the Roz Walker situation was actually them telling us that she was Raven Baxter, and that Raven was a part of the Archie verse lol
Dr Cee is one of three brothers, a clue perhaps to his true nature? Cerberus is the three-headed bound of Hades, who guards the gates of the Underworld. Anyway, I was unsure at first, but I stuck with it and I think it's great. I hope Salem talks in season 2, even if only once in a while. I think Hilda is great.
What do you make of how Ms Wardwell's familiar, Stolas, could suddenly speak at the end of the final episode? It was so random. If they suddenly make him talk, then what's their excuse for Salem not talking?
Hi Grace, will you be posting a review of Part 2? SPOILER: I am dying to know what your thoughts are on the Harvey/Ros romance, how quickly satan was brought to the mortal world then banished again, and season 3 predictions. Also is it just me or do we need an outline of the witch hierarchy? In season 1 they called the high priest, "The Dark Lord's representative here on Earth" but now there is an anti pope? Thanks!
Would you consider doing a throw back review to Hocus Pocus? Even though the Halloween season is over and so many have watched it so many times, I as like others would really enjoy your thoughts on that movie.
I LOVE THE ENTIRE SHOW! It felt like a movie and it was just amazing! I also think ME PERSONALLY, that being LGBTQ+ is hereditary because I’m gay,my older brother is, my aunt, and great uncle. Too much “coincidence” for me to not think it’s not hereditary. Can’t wait for season 2!
So I needed a few minutes to get my thoughts together on a theory. *Actress Jenna Berman who played young Madam Satan was a witch or possibly sacrifice that helped bring Madam Satan to Greendale with the help of Conner Kemper and Luke. Luke being the only survivor and possibly in league with Madam Satan! Ambrose will possibly be the one to solve this mystery now that he has more freedom.
I grew up watching the original Sabrina sitcom and I LOVED this darker reboot !! Kiernan Shipka does a great job as Sabrina!! I can't wait for season 2, they're currently filming it in my area
I look at it like video games, I'm not gonna go shoot up a bank because I played it in gta 5, I'm not gonna turn to satanism and try to murder people because of a TV show. If you can't separate fiction and non fiction, you may have a problem and should probably seek help.
The Kinkles might have changed their name because over the years Witches might have been looking for them, you know to avenge the witches the Von Kinckles have killed.
Miss wordwell is evil all the lines crossed we’re crossed because there’s no line evil isn’t willing to cross, she didn’t care. Sabrina killing Agatha was weird for me too, I thought about it for a while and in the whole situation we could clearly see that Sabrina’s bride was beginning to take over her rather than the love she had claimed she was doing it for, and the idea of this was for us to see that Sabrina was truly helpless to her entire situation right from the beginning, cuz that was truly her first dive into the darkness.
SPOILER! : I think that Dr. Cee’s eyes changing color at the end mean he’s a vampire. Remember when Zelda used to say he was a freak that always wears a VAMPIRE costume? I legitimately think he is an actual one! Who knows what else hides in the town of Greendale... Vampires? Werewolves? Anything is possible. Also, I LOVE YOU, GRACE!❤️✨
Loved this review!! Also, if I could request, I would REALLY like to see a review from you of the Haunting of Hill House series since you mentioned it 😉
Love your videos as always Grace, I'm about halfway through the series, also, you should react to the five feet apart trailer, I thought it looked good
I'm disappointed Sab signed her name at the end. I love Lucy Davis and her character Hilda. It was gnawing at me of who was that dashing, handsome actor playing Father Blackwood, then I figured it out it's Richard Coyle. I still think of Richard Coyle as the goofball Jeff Murdock in the TV show Coupling. I'm surprised at how much I really enjoyed The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina.
So I presume Grace has never been particularly upset because in the limited time I've viewed her videos, she has not changed her hair color. Maybe just the volume or the style, but not the color. :)
I actually think that Dr.Cerberus was the killer of that warlock in the beginning of the show. We assumed it was a witch hunter, but there’s no reason the killer had to be a mortal. It’s also obvious that a witch/warlock doesn’t automatically recognize another one on sight so he could just be weaseling his way into the Spellman family via Hilda Over all I simply loved this season. Very well done indeed
I usually watch things you put videos for. I had no idea you were also going to watch this too. First time i came prepared to class! Excited to hear what you have to say about it!
Couldn't care less about Roz and Susie, acting throughout the show for these characters was uneven to say the least. Zelda has tremendous potential, her religious struggle was very well conveyed and deserve more attention in the next season (And I'm not even religious myself at all). Totally agree on the missed opportunity with Ambrose, I would've liked a much darker/mature arc for him since he is older. It would be hilarious if Harvey and Nick were to become pals in season 2 ^.^
It did cross a line with the signing of the book and the killing of the witch by Sabrina. On the other hand I don't think you can rely on any show not aimed squarely at families, to function as a role model. This whole blaming tv-shows or movies for real life events is a problem. If you were to follow that to its logical conclusion, no edgy material could ever be produced, and you'd end up with the blandest material, with shows like "Full House". That show in particular is the worst example I can think of when it comes to an alleged comedy show being so criminally unfunny and bland, that you can't even really call it comedy.
Dr. Cerberus, oldest of 3 brothers.... With the eye flash it is showing that he is more than he seems, possibly the 3 headed Cerberus, the Hound of Hades?
I loved the fact that Harvey had the cover of 'Archie's Mad House' #22 on the wall of his room. This is the comic issue featuring the first appearance of Sabrina in the Archie Universe.
1. If audiences can handle 14 seasons of Supernatural, I think they can handle Sabrina. It's not like they were actually trying to recruit anyone to the dark side. 2. Why is it that modern audiences have so much trouble seeing moral ambiguity in their drama? That makes for the best characters and storytelling. Sabrina having to learn moral responsibility as her powers grow seems like part of the entire point of the series. It's a theme that is relevant to teens since they have to go through that journey of learning that there are reasons for the rules and that one shouldn't just do something simply because they can. I also love that, when it was suggested to Sabrina that she could have two boyfriends, she didn't exactly say no! 3. Dr. Cerberus has two brothers. The hound Cerberus has three heads. Do the math... 4. Pretty sure Ambrose is going to be a season two story. He was so happy to be out of the house, I'm sure he was just doing his best to stay out of trouble.
That orgy scene on episode 7 bothered me so much I almost couldn't continue watching the series. How Nicholas and Ambrose were in that bunch truly disgusted me. Also when Nicholas wanted to get Sabrina alone, and she actually hesitated instead of saying fuck this and leaving, made me throw up in my mouth a bit I would've totally let Prudence die btw. Could not care less. I'm glad Prudence sorta got a redemption by helping Sabrina later on, but still...... However these are just my own little complaints, overall I still enjoyed the series very much
Sabrina is one of the most cinematic of Netflix shows... It feels like a high-budget movie.

I LOVED CAOS!!! So much better than Riverdale!
I thought it was perfect . The show has a real dark tone and you can feel it because of the cool effects , for example in the woods , Sabrina was casting a spell and it started to blur around her. My favorite character has to be Sabrina.
Review the haunting of hill house or at least a twitter review
Seriously one of the best series I've ever watched
Yes definitely want to see a review! One of the best horror series! Loved it!
Yeah i definitely need a review of that
Yes! Please!
3:41 "...to truly go to the dark side, right?" - I love that wallpaper.
Agree with you 100%! The season was amazing!!! Major John Hughes meets Rosemary's Baby meets The Craft vibes!!!
waiting for this spoiler review of yours for ages hahaha!!! thanks Madame Gracie :-) But wait... where's Nicholas Scratch? :-(
The actor that plays Ambrose reminds me of Chiwetel Ejiofor. Just his mannerisms, the way he speaks, something about him, he could honestly play a younger version of him.
Church of satan is sueing 😆
The devil's advocate 😉
Actually it's The Satanic Temple that is sueing.
Ive been waiting for this particular review. Thanks for staying on top of it Grace!
The scene where Sabrina summoned hellfire was so cool! I want Prudence to become the High Priestess, since now we know she’s the first heir
"One of the first things we do is change our hair" ikr
Did you notice your background was Star Wars? Haha. Loved this show.
I noticed Darth mauls face immediately lol. 👏🏾😏 well done Miss Grace
For a split second, I thought the Roz Walker situation was actually them telling us that she was Raven Baxter, and that Raven was a part of the Archie verse lol
Two worlds collide
Can you review Haunting of Hill House?
Dr Cee is one of three brothers, a clue perhaps to his true nature? Cerberus is the three-headed bound of Hades, who guards the gates of the Underworld.
Anyway, I was unsure at first, but I stuck with it and I think it's great. I hope Salem talks in season 2, even if only once in a while. I think Hilda is great.
I've been waiting on your spoiler review and now I'm satisfied grace thanks for the great video
Will you review The Nutcracker???
My favourite character is prudence and the weird sisters can’t wait for season two to see how Sabrina gets along with them
Hey Grace. It’s me just out of Suspiria, I really really REALLY need to know what you think about this film.
Just finished it too, amazing work Grace, love your reviews!
What do you make of how Ms Wardwell's familiar, Stolas, could suddenly speak at the end of the final episode? It was so random. If they suddenly make him talk, then what's their excuse for Salem not talking?
Great review. I really agree with some of your points and hope that S2 explores more of these as well as develops new stories.
are you gonna review The Nutcracker?
Thanks Grace. Was waiting a long time for this one. Kinda wanted the cousin to become the talking cat from the original series
Will you review the new Castlevania season?
Cool.... now where or when will you review the new Charmed series?
Grace why did you use star wars wallpaper as your background?!!? xD All kidding aside love your vids. Keep up the great work!!!
It's 3AM here!! Great video, Grace😁
SPOILER! :
I think that Dr.
Also, if I could request, I would REALLY like to see a review from you of the Haunting of Hill House series since you mentioned it 😉
Season 2 will be out on February, they are currently shooting the last 4 episodes.
Love your videos as always Grace, I'm about halfway through the series, also, you should react to the five feet apart trailer, I thought it looked good
grace, is it possible to review haunting of hill house, would love to hear your thoughts. thank you !
If you have seen it PLEASE REVIEW THE HAUNTING OF HILL HOUSE!!!
They’re currently filming season 2 episode 8
How many times does she say "right"?
Right? 👍🏽
So I presume Grace has never been particularly upset because in the limited time I've viewed her videos, she has not changed her hair color. Maybe just the volume or the style, but not the color. :)
Where is the Review for the nutcracker and the four realms?
The cunning is supposed to be a homage to The Shining?
Ambrose is actually my fav. He is definitely down with the witch thing but very cynical of the church. I'd love to see more of him and Sabrina.
I actually think that Dr.Cerberus was the killer of that warlock in the beginning of the show. We assumed it was a witch hunter, but there’s no reason the killer had to be a mortal. It’s also obvious that a witch/warlock doesn’t automatically recognize another one on sight so he could just be weaseling his way into the Spellman family via Hilda
Over all I simply loved this season.
Also when Nicholas wanted to get Sabrina alone, and she actually hesitated instead of saying fuck this and leaving, made me throw up in my mouth a bit
I would've totally let Prudence die btw. Could not care less. I'm glad Prudence sorta got a redemption by helping Sabrina later on, but still......
However these are just my own little complaints, overall I still enjoyed the series very much
