[We couldn't create a partition or locate an existing one] is that Windows recognizes the wrong boot device.
To fix this problem, you'll need to change the hard drive sequence and set the USB drive as the first boot device.
That time you can change booting order or follow below the step one by one:
When the error occurs, press Shift+F10 to open CMD.
When the Command Prompt window opens, run these commands one by one:
diskpart
list disk
select disk X (X: Select the system disk you use)
clean
create partition primary size=3000
format fs=ntfs
assign
active
list volume
exit
cd d: (change directory to the USB flash drive)
xcopy d: c:/e/h/k (xcopy d: c:/ Means - Copy all the Windows installation files from USB drive to C: drive, E - Copies all subdirectories, including any that are empty, H - Copies files that are hidden or have system file attributes, k - some read-only file)
exit
Then once restart the system and install it....

Reinstalling Win 11 have no drivers, I did the steps and I get ( V-0 Ltr D type DVD-ROM Helathy) and (V-1 Ltr E Type NFTS 3000 MB Removable Healty). (is my cleaned USB)
But not the created 3000 partition that should be my C I guess.
I should be copying D to my non existing C.?
Please help if possible.

first up all backup data from your hard disk, then try the all command... If you have a one hard-disk then remove that HD to connect in other system, and backup it. otherwise your data will will destroy. pls give attention

hi bro, Install HD Tune Software, Then Run Error Scan, before run select your hard disk on the top tab option. It will be take 30 to 50 Min.After report All Disk sector (small small box) will show Green,If have show Any red box have some problem.i have solution Red box also.Once check and replay me.

After transferring data from USB to C: Drive , it's simple to choose Boot from Harddrive instead of USB again , 100% working.
