I just completed a 20 mile hike down by Anza Borrego Desert in California. I bought the 65+10 in the almond/ink color scheme and I have nothing but good things to say about this backpack. It was VERY comfortable.
Can you attach tent or sleeping bag on the bottom of the pack, list it's shown on the website? I hear different things on this subject with this pack 🤔
I don’t know if you’ll see this, but does the 65 +10 have an integrated rain cover? The information manual for mine says it has one but I cannot find it anywhere
Thank you for your comment, the brain does not have quick-release buckles on the harness side for easy removal. The straps also do not go through the pockets as they use an outside mounting point for attachment.
@@Enwild According to the official Deuter website, the 2024 Aircontact do come with raincover thankfully for this price. I just checked (50 +10) and (65 + 10 SL) :)
How would this compare to the Air Trek where the back suspension is separate from your back? - i don't care about back ventilation. More concerned about comfort and space (seems like the bag bends on the air trek, which would make it harder to pack)
The main difference is the ventilation, yes. Comfort is, of course subjective, and is a personal preference of the wearer. The Aircontact Core, however, doesn't curve away from the body quite as much, so that could also be a consideration.
Hi Zev! The Aircontact/Aircontact Lite backpanel features an air channel surrounded by cushioned pillars, and a ladder-style adjustment down the center. The Core series replaced the cushioned pillars with Air Spacer Mesh for greater breathability and a softer feel. The adjustment is also now a VariSlide system, that can slide up and down incrementally, vs the ladder style that is adjusted to set rungs. Thanks for watching!
Hi there! The women's specific SL styles come in 45+10 and 60+10, and the unisex styles come in 50+10 and 65+10. However, the Aircontact X: www.enwild.com/deuter-aircontact-x-80-15.html comes in a 80+15 size!
Thanks for asking! Check out the Graphite/Shale color and full specs of the Aircontact Core backpack here: www.enwild.com/deuter-aircontact-core-50-10.html

Great to hear, thanks for sharing!
Is the brain detachable, and does the strap over the water bottle pouch able to go inside the pocket under the water bottles?

The unisex styles come in 65+10 and 50+10. The Women's specific styles, or "SL" models, come in 60+10 SL and 45+10 SL.

If yours has one, it is usually found on the underside of the bottom of the pack.
Hi , so ghe 60+10 l doesn't have the front zipper? 🤦🏾♂️😄
Nice review bro, you just got a new subscriber..

Can I carry this as hand luggage in aeroplane?
Highly unlikely, but you could check with your airline first just in case they do allow this size pack.

How do compare its back system to the one Aircontact series that's not core series?

Thanks for the video! does the 50L offer a front access as well?
Hi Sergio! The 50L does not have a front access zipper. Thanks for asking!
@@Enwild Hey thanks for the prompt answer, cheers!
@@sergiobahr5427 the futura air trek 50+10 has a U-shaped front access zip. That's the one I got because I find it's the most convenient way to pack
Which better, this one or osprey kestrel/stratos?

Great question! We’d recommend reaching out to our Gear Specialists at support@enwild.com for more details. We look forward to hearing from you!
Thanks for video. What is the maximum safe weight that this bag can survive?
You're quite welcome! The max carry weight for the Aircontact Core is approximately 40-50lbs.
Good Review !
Do you guys ship to Canada? Love your vids
Thanks for asking! With apologies, we do not currently offer shipping outside of the United States.
Max load? Not recommended, need to know max load
I guess max load is as much as you can handle. How much can you carry?
@@Enwild 30kg
@@Enwild i mean won't the backpack break?
It shouldn't break, but it will be uncomfortable if you add more than 50 pounds.
